The master definitely has 5 stars!
It seemed strange to me to communicate in correspondence at the time of recording. There was a strong feeling that I really needed it, and they were responding to me like that. They didn't write to me that I was signed up and to which master, they didn't write the address, the phone number for communication. I had to look for everything myself. It's not difficult, but somehow it's already unusual in terms of service. But the day before, the administrator called to remind about the recording. It would be more convenient to receive an SMS a day in advance, but these are details.

She moved from Moscow to Vitebsk. There's a problem with the beauty industry, but Tango is a real find! I have been a regular customer for about a year now.
About the salon itself: The record is kept in the old-fashioned way (in a magazine), BUT this does not mean that they will forget about you. They always call the day before the appointed day. There is a card payment.
The salon's Instagram is very developed. Every master is registered there, you can see the works. The salon has many awards, the girls are constantly developing.
Upon arrival at the salon, you are greeted by the administrator, who hands you over to the master. They always offer something to drink (tea, coffee, water), caring. There is a cooler in the common room. There is a large closet with hangers for outerwear. There are manicure tables in a large room and at the other end (far enough away so that nail dust does not fly at you) there is a hair work area. There are two separate cosmetology rooms, a large room for training. I was very pleased that there is a separate pedicure room. That is, the dust from other people's feet does not fly into the common room. The cabin is most often at a comfortable temperature (there are air conditioners or split systems), but if you suddenly freeze during procedures with a cosmetologist, for example, you will be offered a blanket. Clips or TV shows are included in the common room and pedicure room, so if you don't want to disturb the master with conversations and sit on the phone, you still won't be bored.
A very nice salon owner.
Hygiene: everything is sterilized, and craft bags with tools are opened in front of you. I've seen tools put in a special machine a couple of times. All sterilizable items are usually put in a special container right in front of you. Tables and other surfaces are also disinfected in front of you or right in front of you.
I fell in love with the nail service master Natalia Grablevskaya. I used to only build up my nails, but Natalia created such beauty from my short trapeze! I have gone through a huge number of masters, so many shapes and colors, and here it turned out to be something native. He does not calm down until everything is as perfect as possible. I'm really glad that I got to her. Natalia is very comfortable. Every time - delight!
I also want to tell you about cosmetologist Victoria Aksyonov. A very friendly girl, always sincerely tries to help, explains what works and how. If you are afraid to go to a cosmetologist, start with Victoria and you will not leave her. I saw how well she gets along with children.
Cons: I don't know how much of a minus it is, now is the age of technology, but a journal entry. That is, you can sign up for the salon itself either immediately after the procedure, or by calling or posting on social networks. It would be nice to provide administrators with a laptop with a database, make an online record with alerts for the masters. I'm already finding fault with that. :)

Therefore, if something went wrong with you, talk to the administration, give the place another chance. Do not offend, do not be rude!

We chose this salon based on reviews, the reviews were good, and I went there to get a haircut. But everything is sad. They painted for a long time (as the hairdresser said complex painting) did not have time. Other customers were waiting. She started cutting hair quickly, in a hurry. And then I realized that this haircut does not suit me (I immediately explained to her about the bangs and the length. In the end, another one cut my hair, which was already only a short haircut and came out. But they didn't charge me for the haircut (for the hairdresser's mistake)
