Positive:
Friendly staff.
Decent breakfast (buffet)
The mattress is soft, very comfortable
Minuses:
- No sound insulation - at 7 a.m., music was turned on in the next room, and we had to wake up
- Tiled floors in the room (combined with the lack of sound insulation) It's a so-so combination. You can hear every step when walking in shoes, and if it's also heels, yes in the middle of the night 🤦
Next time, we'll probably choose another hotel.

The rooms are cozy! And nothing else.
Wi-Fi freezes. The bathroom is small. Constant noises, whether the conder starts up all night, maybe something else, but the noise was amazing. The breakfasts are good.

There is a liquid soap container in the bathroom, but it is empty. I asked to fill it at least a little, but the request seemed to fly nowhere. I paid for my accommodation on the eve of departure. The receptionist did not enter the data into the program. An employee started calling and asked to send them a check. It is not very convenient to do this while on the road. I sent the receipts
that were given after the payment and an SMS stating that a certain amount was debited from the plastic card. the employee said that this was not enough. The breakfast is quite decent. The cost is a bit overpriced. The staff is polite. The room is clean, the Internet is stable and the speed is not bad.

The hotel is not bad, but the staff and administration are prone to fraud, that is, how, let's say you arrived at three nights and paid for a day, but at 12 o'clock in the afternoon you will be asked to vacate the room, motivating by some internal rules of the hotel!!!
In general, do not be afraid, demand a check and the appropriate documentation with these papers, you can file them in the court, but most importantly, when you demand these papers, they will immediately lose the desire to evict you ahead of time!!!
