Nice place, staff. But I did not like that I order again and am surprised that tapioca or other food needs to be ordered additionally. For me, this is a specific disadvantage, since other establishments already have everything in drinks for such a price. I ordered Mount Fuji, but in fact I drank a milk cocktail for almost 20 rubles

I made an order, sat and waited, it took about 10 minutes, and there is a drink at the order counter (SPECIFICALLY WHAT I ORDERED) if yes, and someone shouted out the order number, it was not possible to hear it.. not only because of the fact that it was noisy and the music was playing, but also because of the foreign workers who barely pronounce the numbers🤷🏼
I took a drink (MATCHA bobo) and started drinking while my friends were waiting for their orders, a brunette girl turns to me (in the photo it will be clear where she is) and says in a very unkind way.. I quote: "DID YOU TAKE THE ORDER? IS THIS YOUR ORDER? LOOK AT THE ORDER NUMBER! IS THIS A GIRL'S ORDER!?" it turned out that the girl before me also ordered (A bobo MATCH) and it so happened that I took her order.. I repeat, I did not hear the order number and when I took the drink, no one came up to me🤷🏼
I reply, "Oh, please excuse me!"
The employee girl: "WELL, YOU HAVE TO LOOK, smacked her lips and turned away with a dissatisfied face..🤷🏼

We were there for the first time and got a little lost in the menu, so it helped a lot. And in general, all the staff is very friendly
