We stayed at the hotel from January 19 to January 21, 2023.
Everything would have been with a 5* rating if we hadn't found a letter under the door in our room the evening before departure. I am attaching it. The hotel wanted us to pay about 6,000 rubles for the presence of 2 small spots on the blanket, it is not known when and by whom they were left
I had to work on my nerves and the Thai man working that evening to prove that you can't treat guests like that!
At the same time, it is not written anywhere, there is not a single warning that a fine is charged for soiled bedding, as for the purchase of a new one.
Please note that the bed linen was NOT incorrigibly stained. A few small red spots that the hotel chemistry would definitely bring out!
Later, reading reviews about the hotel, I read that the hotel uses this practice from time to time, presenting dirty towels, then its sheets, BUT when checking in they do not warn and do not acquaint with possible consequences.

Not a bad hotel, no complaints. There is a metro line nearby - sometimes it can be noisy
