I've been there several times, the place itself is cozy, but the quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired, the first time it was very good, I liked everything, but the following times we got very mediocre and bland drinks with lots of ice (for the sake of interest, we decided to count 17 cubes per 700ml once), while the price is much higher than the average in the city, but you get a hack job. He stopped walking altogether. And the approach to cooking super cold drinks in the cold is unclear.
UPD: no matter what the first experience of dating was, but it's worth recognizing that the owners are working on the quality of service and drinks, many negative aspects have changed and now I'm a Tarot customer again. Keep it up !!!

Honestly, it's a disappointment. The milk bobo was in the order. Just milk, a heating pad, also not so good by the way, cheese foam and a drop of what is not clear, 2 times the bartender put up a pile of ice (4 scoops). Your drink is ready.
There's a lot to compare it with, but you're in trouble with cooking. Train the masters.
At the same time, the price is 16 rubles per 500 ml.

Bad. I wanted to order classics (tapioca milk tea) There are no milk teas on the menu at all (although everything was available to cook it) and the girl at the checkout said she didn't even know how to cook it and how to punch it. It was also not possible to order coconut jelly in addition to the drink, because the girl said that it was available, but nothing can be ordered in addition to the drink.
