Of all the bread, Borodinsky is really good. The rest is relative. Darnitsky is not Darnitsky at all. It is especially "touching" when professional bread sellers talk about yeast-free bread. And on serious issues... Well, you make sourdough bread, that's what you say. And the starter culture is essentially wild yeast. Yes, also, rye bread cannot be sold hot. He must mature, i.e. he needs to lie down for at least 12 hours, preferably a day... But this bakery doesn't know about it... The cakes are delicious. The coffee is so-so - there are better places.

I used to take pastries in this bakery, it's delicious, fresh there, but last time I went with a young man to drink tea with cakes, to be honest, butter is very felt in the honey cake, instead of cream. We were vacationing with friends in Sukhum.
