The interior and concepts are 5+, but the execution was very disappointing, but first things first
We were at this place yesterday:
1. We were seated at a dirty table, next to the table there was a high chair, which was also clearly just after use. None of the waiters were at all confused by this, after about 10 minutes I came up myself and asked them to remove all this and give me a menu, because the qr code on the table did not work.
2. The menu is specific, not everyone will be able to find something for themselves. That's how I found it for myself, but my friend ordered from the children's menu))) it seems that the food is positioned as local, but in a modern way, so even everyone who is used to local delights is not sure that I can find something for myself.
3. The service is simply below average, the soup was served for 40 minutes, tea was brought in 30 minutes, hot dishes in 1 hour! And reading the reviews here, I understand that it's not us who are so lucky, but in principle the normal service format for them.
But in defense, I will say that the dishes were delicious, I took the meat in the listed sauce and it was 5+, the noodle soup was not enthusiastic, but the quality dish was delicious.

I ordered an omelet with vegetables for breakfast today. I also clarified that I don't eat bell peppers. At first they said that pepper was not included in the composition, then that it was included, but they warned the kitchen not to put it. They bring an omelet with two cherries and a stew of vegetables, where half of the peppers are. Next, the waiter takes the dish away and brings it in the following composition: omelet + 2 cherries.
The bill is, of course, full. Two questions: why are vegetables not listed on the menu so that the customer understands and does not order the wrong dish; why can't you put some fresh other vegetables instead of a stew of peppers? Elementary things, not higher mathematics. Or is it a calculation that the main visitors are hotel guests who came and left?

I'm very disappointed.
The service is terrible: the waiters are clearly unhappy, they do not respond to calls from the button, I waited 30 minutes for the menu. People are served selectively — if you are not in "formal" clothes, then you are looked down upon. I was wearing sports clothes, and it was immediately felt in the attitude. The order was carried for 40 minutes, no one approached, no one apologized. All the employees are tired and annoyed.
The quality of the food is poor and does not match the price.
And at night, they also add 12% for the service, which in fact did not exist.

Coffee with millet, that is, containers - you can try it once so that you never take it later, half a cup of millet in a cup and the rest of the coffee.
I took rice porridge with milk - not porridge (( they just took boiled rice on water and poured hot milk and brought it. The price is 2000 tenge. Well, why do that???
The interior is very beautiful, but you won't get enough of it

The service is simply zero, we were sitting in a large company, the waiter takes the plates, but for some reason only 2, leaving 4 remaining and does not come for them for 10 minutes. There is eternal dirt on the table that no one cleans up. They can't pronounce orders properly, so you confuse the dishes. The cheesecakes were brought after soup, tea, porridge, burgers, when everyone had already eaten. They didn't ask about the order of serving, apparently cheesecakes for dessert. If you live in this hotel, it is very convenient that the restaurant is right next door, but do not expect very tasty food and good service, and the restaurant does not need it in principle. Other tourists will come too.
