Unfortunately, the service in this institution leaves much to be desired. It seems that the staff is not interested in helping customers, as they do not receive the slightest attention or care. They respond to requests and questions indifferently or completely ignore them. I would like to see a more professional and attentive approach from the staff, as this greatly affects the overall impression of the institution. I hope that the management will take measures to improve the service.
