We came to this branch for lunch, we came here more than once, it takes a very long time to wait for the waiter to place an order, and then our food, when it is ready and standing on the counter, takes a very long time. But the guys really excelled today.
One of the dishes was already ready, it stood on the counter for about 5 minutes while our waiter was on the phone. Then I ate half a portion of my club sandwich, picked up another one and saw a hair on it. When I brought the plate to the checkout to show it (since the waiter was not there, of course), one of the waiters took the plate and carried it to ours, after which they started laughing among themselves while I stood and looked at them. It's just a tin can. They didn't apologize, just asked if it needed to be redone. Redo the kitchen where the hair gets into the dishes? Thank you.

It's not bad for an institution located in such an area, but for one of the many places in the Tashir Pizza chain, it's not very good. sometimes there are no drinks from the menu, sometimes the dishes are normal, and sometimes not so much.

I sat for 10 minutes, no one even came up, Shang teh Chingqing, as they say, there was 1 waitress in the hall, the poor girl worked alone while 4 people stood at the bar doing nothing. And your food is so-so, at least work with the service, otherwise it's really already a scourge

Today we went to this pizzeria and decided to order a couple of juices. To be honest, they turned out to be too sweet for our taste. As for the pizza, it was cooked very quickly, which is suspicious. It was probably already prepared in advance and just slightly warmed up before serving. As a result, the pizza cooled down after 2 minutes. The taste was far from perfect, just at the "so-so" level. I would rate the food 2 out of 10. The service was generally normal
I would like to note that such features were noticed in this particular branch. There was no similar experience in other places of the network where I have been.
Overall, the experience of visiting this branch was much to be desired. I probably wouldn't come back here again in the near future unless there was a special need.

I came and placed an order at the checkout at 20:20 for one pizza Caesar pickup. They said that the approximate waiting time would be 10 minutes.
I waited for almost half an hour to get my pizza.
The pizza was hot, and after trying it with my wife at home, it was generally decided that this was her only advantage.
There is little sauce, the dough was fried to coals in some places.
I advise you to look at more pizzerias nearby, as we were not lucky with either the service or the product.

Fresh is a drink based on freshly squeezed juice . I wrote this for the administrator, for what? A little history, we ordered fresh and it so happened, we were messing up the ‘bar’, while the young man was making an order, I involuntarily noticed how the ‘bartender’ took orange juice out of the refrigerator, I think okay, maybe he was making a cocktail, I went to look, saw this picture, there was already liquid in the blender, why liquid? The juice in the box looks more saturated, the ‘bartender’ also poured the juice from the box into the blender, added ice and a small amount of fresh oranges. For a man who has worked in catering for 6 years, he was surprised by what he saw

After some time, our order was accepted, and we also began to wait, ten minutes pass, that man is still waiting. He looks very sad, the staff is busy with what, the cook is talking to the pizza deliveryman, the waitress walks from table to table. They put a pizza on the bar, they thought it was our order, but they didn't carry it to us, a pizza deliveryman was waving boxes over the pizza, coughing there, already thought about refusing and not paying if it was our order, but seven minutes later the pizza was taken to a table to a sad man who was sitting before us) we waited for our pizza for 30-35 minutes, but the food was delicious!

Today I went to eat pizza with my son. We went to an empty table, the son saw crumbs on a chair and decided to change it with a nearby chair at the next empty table. I took it and swapped it. The son did not have time to put a clean chair in its place, as the waiter ran up, pulled the chair out of his hands, lifted it over his son's head, so his son stood in the aisle between the tables and prevented him from dragging it across the floor. He put the chairs back and rudely complained that their chairs could not be changed. But what about the client is always right, and why didn't he offer to clean the dirty chair? In general, we looked at him with bewilderment and lost our appetite. We left immediately. The rudeness of an ordinary waiter to a visitor is an incredible event from a business point of view, but it is a fact. It feels like there is a queue of customers on the street and they are sorting out who will be served, who is not.

It was 16.10.2021. Terrible service. They gave the order and left. We arrived in 30 minutes. They brought French fries and nuggets. After that, just 10 minutes later, the dishes were brought at this time, everything cooled down. Drinks were not given, I had to get them from the refrigerator myself. Then the investigation began as to how much was drunk. Salt and pepper napkins were found by themselves from other tables. Half of what was ordered was not brought. In a word, the mess at this address. Others were filled with horror here. The cake was eaten in coffee plates because the dishwasher does not have time to say. They refused to clean the table, there was no time, they said eat and sit with the children as is. I ask the authorities to pay attention!
