The institution corresponds to its niche. This is an institution in the middle segment and it is important to understand here that this is an inexpensive cafe for snacks and meetings with friends for reasonable money.
What I liked
1. cleanliness of the establishment - very clean in the hall, at the tables and clean toilets.
2. The quality of food and portions corresponds to the level of such cafes. these are simple snack dishes and the gastronomy here is simple. The food is fresh, the portions are normal, the drinks are cold.
3 nice decoration and good lighting. the sofa and tables are in good condition. the color scheme and design are good.
4 staff - I noticed that young people with health problems work in the institution. But difficulties do not prevent them from doing their job and this does not affect the quality of service. I want to say that I support the policy of businessmen who are not afraid to hire staff with special needs. And to wish the staff good customers and tips, which always lifts the spirit and helps them feel that they have done their difficult job well. Believe me, working with people is always difficult.
What I would like to improve.
1 waiting time. yes, I would like to reduce it by increasing the staff. there are a lot of tables and each table is designed for large companies, it seemed to me that the waiters could not keep up with serving so many tables. But it's not about the laziness of the guys, but about the number of staff, the large hall and the number of seats. I understand that such a number should be serviced by 2 times more employees. But such decisions are calculated not by clients, but by om management, these are the general observations of the client.
2 the waiter call button is a great thing, but we did not immediately see it on the table and did not realize that it was a call button. Maybe it should be put on some kind of stand with an information label? But this is an inconvenience for those who visited for the first time and did not notice it.
I would like to see more classic soups, a lot of mashed soups, and I would like to see kharcho on the menu.
Overall: a good place to have a budget snack, meet with friends. This is not a restaurant, but a cafe, so you don't need to wait for miracles. It is important that the quality of food in this segment is at a good level, clean in the hall and toilets. It is very budget-friendly and suitable for students.
It is difficult for owners and managers of all goods in this segment, well, of course, not to lose their guns. Increase the waiters, the guys are hardworking and attentive, but they do not have time because of the large number of tables and the size of the hall itself (large hall).

If you want to sit decorously with your friends or leisurely enjoy Armenian cuisine, then you are not here! Tashir is about cheap food, nothing more. We came to the cafe, it was already 9 pm. Full boarding, noisy due to the number of visitors, the clatter of forks and spoons. There are few waiters, they rush around the hall like crazy. It seems to me that it would be easier to let yourself pay at the checkout when ordering, it would save visitors time. . The pizza is delicious, although it takes a really long time to cook (20-30 minutes). Italiano is thinner than in the photo, and to really get full in the price/product ratio, take an Americano or a Pisetta.
The drinks are delicious, although in the fresh, in a layer with foam (a rather thick layer, I would like to note), there are particles indicating the cooking method - grinding the source.
It is a very good choice for a tourist trip on a budget.

And a couple of minutes later they brought a teapot full of thyme. I almost threw up, he was so smelly.

And another time they will bring you soy and say "We have such pork", they will serve moldy pita bread and say "We have such cakes".

UPD, At the insistence of friends, I had to go back to this eatery. And it's just trash! Ice cream, which is a dessert, was brought first!!! And coffee to go with it. The shrimp in the paste are frozen and hard. There's no burger.
