If you want to see beautiful and thousands of different trees, long rail trail roads, many squirrels and beautiful ponds you need to visit this place. The cost of entry is 15 000 uzbek soums in 2024 which is fair.
Tashkent Botanical Garden is a serene oasis in the heart of the city. With its lush landscapes, diverse flora, and beautifully manicured pathways, it provides a peaceful escape from the urban hustle.
The collection of plants from around the world is both educational and enchanting, making every visit a delightful experience. It's the perfect place for a leisurely walk, a picnic, or simply a moment of tranquility. The garden's commitment to conservation and education is commendable. Definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking a slice of nature and tranquility in Tashkent!
One of the must visit places in Tashkent.
Green world inside the city. Fresh air. Flowers. Trees. Butterflies and other insects. We loved walking in the Botanical garden .
Location - near the Zoo park.
You can bring your own bicycles or rent scooters and bicycles from the stores inside.
Entry fees - 15k som for adults.
Good time to visit - Spring and Autumn.
Children will love this place.
Highly recommended.
Very nice and clean, I go there all the time because I live nearby. Fresh air, lots of trees, and pretty cleaner than most other places! I recommend everyone to visit there
Nice place to run in the morning.
But don't forget your water, for some reason you might lose it. Also guards are strange for passing you through gates.

The only place in Tashkent right now where I can breathe somewhat clean air. Looks beautiful, lots of flora and fauna.
A delightful place. In my opinion, the best place in Tashkent for hiking, cycling /scooters /roller skates, enjoying nature at any time of the year. We saw a pheasant here once. The most beautiful bird. Sometimes orienteering competitions are held on the territory of the botanical garden. A great family adventure. I recommend.
A great place to walk! It was possible to completely bypass all the paths of the Botanic Garden in 2 times. I walked about 16 km in total. In summer, the garden is cool, due to the large number of trees and other vegetation. The walking paths are clean. There are paths among the thickets that lead to picnic areas. There are animals: squirrels, partridges, birds, etc., living in a natural environment. There is an apiary, a greenhouse, and greenhouses on the territory of the mada. Admission for schoolchildren is 10,000 soums, adults 15,000 soums. I advise everyone to visit this place!
A favorite place for relaxation and oxygen saturation for our body
Connection with nature gives energy
In spring summer autumn and winter it is a great place to see the beauty of trees bushes ponds and get some fresh air
It is very important for me and my family to replenish the natural resource in the city and make cool photos
Walking in the botanical garden with your family is so cool to ride bicycles and scooters filling yourself with natural energy 🥰💯This is our favorite place 💯🥰
+ A green corner in Tashkent, the only big one left (you can't destroy trees in Central Asia)
+ beautiful greenhouse
+ a corner with medicinal herbs
+ water supply (irrigation) is well established, there are ditches, small rivers, lakes. Where they are, it's cool even in the heat, and in principle it's always cooler there
- unfortunately, for some reason they built an amphitheater /stage or something like that = they took it away from nature
- people litter and do not clean up after themselves, despite the number of garbage cans that are clearly serviced (released) on time
- the toilets were closed, they were repeatedly checked at 14.16 o'clock. I didn't work near the stage.
- there are a lot of people, this is understandable, because there are few such corners left, they destroyed everything without thinking about the future
We really like to walk with the whole family. It is especially beautiful there in spring and autumn. What cool photos can be taken 👍Calmly, quietly, on weekdays😅 There are a lot of people on weekends.
But!!! Ban picnics with food there! If you want to eat, go to the cafe! People don't clean up after themselves, they leave a lot of garbage. And scooters! This is a nightmare!
If you want silence and coolness, that's it. The huge garden is divided into zones (plants from different parts of the earth grow in different places). You can come ride a bike or just sit on a picnic.
Of the cons: people are pigs, they throw their garbage everywhere, although there are bins. Is it really difficult to clean up after yourself and bring it to the nearest trash can?
Before laying out their picnics, they cleaned the territory from other people's wrappers. Although the garden is clearly cleaned regularly
The Botanical Garden is probably the most recognizable and significant landmark of Tashkent, and how they wanted to demolish it back in 2023 ???
Who wasn't necessarily there, I can't describe in words how cool it is there! Well, it's great for family vacations, walks, cycling, picnics, photo shoots, it's active recreation there, that is, you walk, ride, it's not an amusement park, is that why it's a garden?! It's a cool place, the only drawback is probably that some people abuse their holidays, or rather young couples, sometimes it's not even easy to pass a family near. And every teenager and recently young people know this place, famous for its quiet and secluded places. Anyway, we were all young! I have nothing against it. But keep in mind😏
By the way, at prices, everything is very acceptable, you can bring a bike with you or rent it on the spot.
A great place for cycling or picnicking, you should not hope for a beautiful pond in autumn and winter, they are drained, you can find a quiet place and be at one with nature (but not on weekends after lunch) there are few shops inside the garden and the choice is meager, so it is advisable to buy everything in advance, otherwise the scenery is just a breath of fresh air In this hustle and bustle of the city
This place has become our favorite for walking and relaxing in nature. There is an atmosphere of calm and tranquility, which is so difficult to find in the city.
The first thing that attracts attention is nature. She's just great here. Fresh air fills the lungs, and the singing of birds creates a unique melody. Dense green forests, bright flowers – all this creates a unique beauty that you want to contemplate over and over again.
But unfortunately, recently this place has begun to lose its former attractiveness. Due to the fact that various bloggers began to actively promote it, the number of people began to increase significantly. This certainly has its advantages, because now more people can enjoy this beauty. But, unfortunately, more garbage began to appear with people.
Nevertheless, we continue to come here to enjoy nature and spend time with our family. This place gives you the opportunity to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in a world of tranquility and harmony.
Save this place with all your might🥹
I was with my son recently, it's cool and fresh there, the air is different, he slept heartily in a stroller there 😅
In general, it is clean as I have not seen such garbage
Only now they would have installed bins and more would generally be super, so that people would not be tempted to throw garbage into the bushes (although it depends on upbringing)
In general, a place where you can breathe deeply🖤
The real lungs of Tashkent! We had a picnic there many times with different companies. It is very fresh and beautiful inside. Children can ride scooters, bicycles, roller skates, and adults can play badminton, for example, as we did))
Definitely you should go and walk for an hour or two. It's best to go on weekdays, because there are a lot of people on weekends. The most ideal option is to come very early (open from 8am), rent scooters (quite expensive, 90 thousand soums per hour) and ride throughout the territory. There are places where the shadow is so thick that it seems dark.
It's a great place, next to the zoo. It's cool there. Knowing our climate in summer in hot weather, you can go to the Botanical Garden and have a picnic and enjoy the coolness, and you can also rent a scooter and a bicycle
A wonderful place for evening walks. We walked with the girl until 19:00. There are practically no people, as if I got into the TV series "A Quiet Place". You can discuss important topics with a sober head. Arrange a romance ( without any erotic thoughts). This, I will say, is great. But there is one "but"! It was scary, because there is a zoo nearby. Hearing the crunch of leaves, the sounds of acorns falling and any animal howl, instincts speak for themselves. If you are not afraid of the dark, and unexpected sounds, and have not watched horror movies, this place is suitable for you 100 pounds.
The garden is beautiful, the plants are different, but there are not enough nameplates. There are excellent asphalt paths, benches, gazebos where you can hide from the rain. There is an interesting hill - tepa, on top of which the remains of an old building are visible. I wonder what's inside this hill?
A very good place to walk with your family, you can have picnics, ride a bike, scooter. I definitely recommend it to everyone, especially in this heat, where the temperature is 5-10 degrees lower
In every city there is a special place that becomes family and friends. Here you can hide from the noise of cars and the hustle and bustle of the city. In New York, this is Central Park, in Moscow — Zaryadye Park, and in Tashkent — the botanical garden.
There are no attractions in this garden, only nature. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding world.
I really liked the park, a quiet place to just walk under a fresh and truly relaxing place. Just by skipping a little, you will take a lot of good emotions. I advise everyone to go there and relax feeling surrounded by nature! The main thing is not to pay attention to all sorts of little things and be able to get high from the beauty of nature!
A wonderful place where you can take a walk, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and at least for a while become a part of nature. Variety of plants , beauty .I recommend visiting with family or friends.
