The mall itself is beautiful, large, with cool cafes and restaurants. But why are the prices in branded stores such as Adidas or Nike unreasonably high? The same sneakers in Europe are much cheaper than ours. It's even a shame
An interesting place to take a walk, few can poke around here. (Prices are as high as they will break for brands). But the abundance of cafes and restaurants makes up for it.
A good shopping center, clean toilets where the cleaners talk as if they are being cut. Excellent navigation and there is a supermarket, near the metro, which is very convenient
ADVANTAGES:
+ Large IMAX cinema;
+ Three large entrances to the Mall;
+ Modern Food Court design
minuses:
- Super VIP and VIP halls are not working in the cinema (so far);
- In the cinema, chairs are not laid out in the prone position;
- Very dark, the lighting color is yellow;
- The floors are dark, marky;
- The ceiling ventilation is not working;
- The escalators have a strong smell of Chinese rubber and paint (glue);
- The Mall audio system is very quiet;
- The central automatic rotating inputs are not working;
- Narrow spans, for large-scale Mall on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors;
- Very little on the Food Court;
- There are no islands for relaxation, sofas or benches in the Mall.
I'll note: A technical discovery. In general, the emotions are positive from the trip to the Tashkent City Mall, mainly because of the finally long-awaited brand stores such as Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Mango, Pull&Bear, Colins and soon we expect more New Yorker, "O'stin", "Terranova", etc.
It is worth saying that the first impression was not "Wow!", on the date of the visit 03.03.2024, the lighting left much to be desired, the Mall was noisy, dark and the eye inadvertently fell on a dark tile, which in turn is very dirty and dirty. I concluded that there is nothing to wash the tiles in the Mall yet, there is no suitable equipment and / or staff. Later, looking around, I barely caught the music from the Mall audio system, later a voice was heard from the same audio system very loudly and with microphone distortion calling the driver of some car to approach her. The feeling that you are not in a modern Mall, but at a bus station.
The smells are understandably terrible, apparently from finishing and painting the entire Tashkent City Mall, apparently the ventilation system did not work completely or at all, since after an hour in the Mall it became very stuffy. There are quite a few seats and soft seats on the 3rd floor of the Food Court. I won't write much about the number of (4) open food kiosks, they just aren't enough yet, they haven't been prepared in six months... And in the entire Mall on the floors there are no islands for waiting and sitting, soft sofas, stylish benches. At the same time, there is no wardrobe in the Tashkent City Mall either.
The security is not qualified, some are standing and talking to each other. People smoke e-mails without being shy about security, which is very strange for a Mall.
I also didn't see any ATMs or payment terminals.
A score of 3 out of 5 is a stretch. We have been waiting for the opening for a very long time, thanks at least for the technical. I think they will have time to fix all the disadvantages and everything will be super perfect by the main opening. Then my score will be higher, but so far so.
At such a pace of promotions, or rather their absence, all kinds of lures purely on the territory of the center, it will pay off very soon, and it is not a fact that it will enjoy profitability. Everything is at the premium level of the marketing department - everything from the project to the market is simply gorgeous. But all you need to work on is the service, the staff and the atmosphere.
Great Shopping Mall. A huge area. Cars that are produced in limited quantities. There are even car dealerships. Playgrounds. Food-court. Cinema. Excellent parking. Elevator. In general, everything is for convenience...
it's very beautiful, fascinating,cozy,warm, everything can be found, but everything is terribly expensive, there are almost no reasonable prices, like there is a stream of people, prices can be filled
The place is good, there are no words. But very expensive. For ordinary people out of reach.Even playgrounds are too expensive. 250 for 1 child. It's too expensive. 3 children if you bring a million already.It's also expensive to eat, not to mention clothes. It's good if you just go for a walk.
There is everything not to be searched for.
Cinemas, shops, restaurants, gaming halls...
I've been there 4 times and each time the surprise changes quickly.
If you want to watch everything (just everything), in my opinion you are missing a day.
A very chic, modern and comfortable place.
The location is good, there is a metro station "Pakhtakor" nearby.
Parking is a bomb, very convenient.
I recommend you to visit!!!
A good shopping center where you can have a great time with children a huge playground for entertaining children a large range of attractions is very good
at the moment, a luxurious atmosphere, a lot of shops, cozy, although I do not recommend sushi rolls there in the food court, everything else is super, the playground on the 4th floor of sky park is cool 250,000 hectares all day 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A huge area for spending time. There are bars and cafes with restaurants. Shops and the latest cinemas, an unreal space playground. Everything is beautiful, but one thing is: in my opinion, it is not designed for a huge number of visitors.
There are very few bathrooms. I ate, drank, and then ran home so as not to go down my pants.
A very large shopping and entertainment center. There are always a lot of people. A wide variety of choices. Food, footcores. A huge screen. A playground and much, much more. Come with the whole family and have fun
Hello!
Here you can find a large selection of branded clothing for young people, but for the older generation the choice is limited.
Nevertheless, it is still interesting to walk around this place.
A new spacious shopping center. There are many shops and restaurants. A children's entertainment area has recently opened. The space is very comfortable for both leisure and shopping.
A good shopping center in Tashkent. Big, clean, comfortable. The visitors are only Russians, and it is not surprising) here are all the sanctioned inditex Zara, Massimo, Pool & Bear, oisho and other other brands. You can have a delicious meal at Paul
Big, new, not fully filled yet. Food court, restaurants and shops, many different, cool design. Cool toilets - the waiting area next to it made an impression. Expensive cars are distributed on all floors as an advertising campaign - they gather a huge number of residents, even just to take pictures.
It's modern. There are many different brands. The cinemas are cool. The children's area is interesting. Prices in the sieve mall itself are not available to everyone.
The shopping center is not bad in principle, but the stars have decreased due to the lack of a dressing room. In winter, it is very inconvenient to carry jackets with you on your hands or throw everything on a stroller, such an option. They built such a large shopping center, worked on the interior and exterior, and did not think about the convenience of people. There are also no separate hand-washing baths in the food court.
A beautiful modern shopping mall. Everything is very thought out. There are places where both children and adults can spend time. Special thanks for the large number of comfortable and beautiful benches!
The cinema is good, the screen, sound, picture quality + movie sessions in English. The only disadvantage is that if you bought a ticket, you will not be able to hand it over and reschedule it. The complex itself and the complex, shops, cafes, sushi, pastries are all there.
a good shopping center, on a level like Moscow, in size like a well or an Atrium. Not all the rooms are occupied by shops yet. There is a serious security at the entrance with frames and armed security personnel.
For me personally, one of the advantages is a beautiful musical fountain. Although it would be great to change the repertoire sometimes. Once you can visit the wax museum and the planetarium. The trees have not grown yet, it is very hot in the park during the day. Prices at kiosks are high, coffee and snacks are not always delicious.
Something new for Tashkent in terms of scale. A large entertainment center. Lots of shops. A wonderful cinema and much more. And there is also a playground, so far the number one in Tashkent.
To substitute the shopping center for international standards . We were in Almaty and there was a Mega shopping center, Tashkent City was made one-in-one as a Mega shopping center and I like it
An ordinary shopping center, only a large one
There is no normal food court. Next to the playground there is a cafe with the most disgusting service and tasteless food for a lot of money
At the same time, there is a good cinema and a huge number of shops of various brands
Not so long ago I was in the Pull & Bear store , I asked the girls at the checkout to bring me sneakers from the warehouse, since they were terribly dirty in the window, and these girls began to talk very rudely about the assistant (apparently a new person in the team), saying how "this one is called" let her bring her rudely and that girl she brought me sneakers, what is it in general, at least there should be a professional ethics that you can't behave like that in front of customers, and generally purely from the human side..I don 't even want to go in there anymore .I think the management needs to have a conversation with their employees!
A large shopping center for Tashkent. Lots of shops. On the downside: it was in December, and it was very hot. As it is, there are major brands present in Uzbekistan.
For everything, of course, respect is very nice and cozy! I really liked all the world's brandies in the city center! There is a disadvantage that the parking of the shopping center is paid and not cheap
A huge shopping mall with a huge number of people. There are a lot more people in the corridors than in the departments. Everything is beautifully decorated for the new year.
Good shopping center) There are all middle-class brands. And it is especially nice to see Zara, Reebok, Bershka, etc., who have left the Russian Federation.
A huge number of departments with branded goods. I really liked the Italian and seafood restaurants on the 1st floor. I recommend.

The best place in the city! There is absolutely everything here 😍 tickets to the airport can be bought in advance online😍 the playground is very interesting and convenient. There is a prayer room. Shops, food for every taste and budget. Everything is clean and modern. It is a little difficult to find a place on the first level of parking on weekends and holidays. And there are a lot of people on the elevators
Well, it's beautiful, but the prices are a little more expensive than in Russian stores of the same brands. There are no playgrounds for small children.
Well, a chic shopping center in the center of Tashkent, if there is nothing to do and there is time, it is quite possible to visit, next to a park with a pond and gorgeous fountains. Fountains struck me so simply, be sure to look there Once an hour or two they turn on a show, light music and fountains are very beautiful.
When I entered the mall, I felt as if I had returned back to Europe. Everything is clean and tidy. It is very modern and there is no our national pattern like everywhere else.
I was on a business trip to Tashkent and of course visited this shopping center. Well, after the departure of various brands from Russia and finding yourself in the Tashkent City Mall, of course, take care of your pockets))) I want to buy everything) Excellent shopping center.
