The police and guards do not allow people to ride bicycles and scooters, although there are bike paths that are not allowed to ride. It is unclear where you can drive and where not, one says you can, the other does not, and then you can go in the opposite direction along the same path. I had to pick up orders from the cafe and deliver, they are strangling both business and consumers, and as always, they do not allow me to work as a deliveryman. Don't go there, it's not clear why they built this park with bike paths, it's absurd. Lol.
I didn't do anything, I didn't hit anyone, they keep having nightmares. They stopped 3-4 times, someone says it's okay to drive here, another stops for it.

It's a great place. I recommend you to visit. Especially the flying park, the wax museum and the planetarium. If you take a combo, then the entrance to these attractions is cheaper. The park is grandiose. It is required to visit. It consists of walking paths, cafes, attractions, entertainment and a large pond with singing fountains. The fountains begin the performance at about 20:30. There is also a stage with a theatrical performance and a view of the fountains. During our visit, the Lion King was shown. And the fountains sang to the music from this cartoon.
There is a beautiful new French-style residential complex around the park. A pedestrian street with restaurants and shops has been created between the houses. It's still just opening, settling in, but it already looks pompous and attractive.

I advise you to show this place to your friends if they come to visit from another country, since there is a cinema where you are flying over Tashkent or Uzbekistan (there are 2 films, you can choose one or watch both). There is also not a bad institution "Arrows & Sparrows" there is not bad food, but they have a problem with desserts, when I was there, the choice was not great and they were not very tasty. You can't drink alcohol there either, but for that there is a stunning view of the fountains, especially from the second floor.
