To my simple question of how much a car insurance policy costs, she called her colleague for 20 minutes and most importantly, they did not come to any consensus on the price... Moreover, in response to leading questions, this beautiful lady simply grimaced and pretended to be crazy, distorted my voice and made grimaces, portraying me (the CLIENT) in the most unsightly way! As a result, after naming a very approximate cost of the policy, she began to act in the style of "damn it all", admitted her incompetence and, trying to put pressure on pity, accused me of mocking her by wanting to know the exact cost of HER insurance! Bottom line: I wasted my time, I left with nothing, feeling like a Don Quixote fighting a windmill ...

They didn't want to insure without the old policy, which was lost. They mimicked the conversation. After I went to the car to look for a policy, I returned, the insurer was talking to someone on the phone and said into the phone loudly enough: "here comes this one again, now the brain will take out." When I asked, "What do you mean?" - "I'm not the one for you..."
When I turned on the camera and started filming, everything became polite.
