The store is good, the selection of sewing accessories is simply huge, the prices are also good. But there are issues with the service. More precisely, it is not so. If Alexandra is serving you, everything is fast, clear and to the point. She is always friendly and ready to help. The second "madam" (there is no other way to call her) does not serve you, but rather does a favor. Very arrogant, slow and even rude - to discuss the buyer and say everything she thinks - please. He thinks it's wrong! I counted the cost of buttons three times, I couldn't figure out how to count. As a result, she rounded up 15 rubles in her favor, stating that it was necessary to pay extra for services. When I tried to hurry it up or count it correctly instead, she said that she would not serve me anymore. Because of her, there is always a long queue and, in general, it is unpleasant to be in the store.
