The hotel chosen for a business trip.
Very clean and tidy, met by a very polite man (apparently the owner). Bed linen, mattress and pillow, towels, wi-fi - everything is ok. Even breakfast was made 30 minutes earlier. In principle, you can put the 5th *, but there is something to improve.
I liked almost everything, so I will list what I was not pleased with.
The windows were on the street, where a lot of growling, jingling junk like 'gazelles' and 'volgs' (birushi was saved) drives.
In the bathroom, the shampoo blisters didn't stay on the wire shelf. Nothing at all.
I had to wait a very long time for hot water from the shower (but it appeared, the main thing was patience).
In general, do not say that you did not warn about these little things.

Where does a 5* hotel come from? Who distributed these stars?
The building with the hotel is unclear, the sign is tiny, barely found with a taxi driver.
Inside, the situation is like in the USSR. The beds and furniture are sad, there is no safe, no sound insulation, the audibility is the strongest. There was a group check-in at night, apparently we didn't sleep.
Locks on snot. The toilet handle broke, leaving a man inside! It's good that I wasn't alone, they helped me get out!
The breakfast is delicious. But the coffee is only instant. And this is in a five-star hotel!
But most importantly, when booking, we were indicated that there were 4 people, we were given 2 rooms for 4 people! What for? You could have given 1 number! As a result, we overpaid.
The owner is unpleasant and aggressive. He commands, speaks in a commanding tone. What are his answers worth on a well-known booking site when they leave a negative review.

We had a rest in Yerevan from July 9 to 17, and booked this hotel in advance based on reviews and location. We arrived a few hours before check-in, the booked room was occupied, but the owner immediately checked us into another Suite, for which special thanks! The hotel is clean, cozy, and has excellent breakfasts. Excellent homemade cottage cheese, different salads and hot dishes every day, cheese, ham, jam... It is very tasty and satisfying! From the first day we were surrounded by care and hospitality, and it is very pleasant! In addition, the hotel is located near the center, a 15-minute leisurely walk to Republic Square, 5-7 minutes to the metro. Right behind the hotel is St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral. The windows of our room faced the street, but there was no noise. The Suite has a very comfortable double bed, refrigerator, TV, bathroom with a good shower cabin. It is very clean and beautiful. Within a minute's walk from the hotel there is a good supermarket, a delicious family cafe where you can have lunch, dinner, and just have a cup of coffee. There is also a mini bakery nearby with delicious cheap pastries and a shop where you can buy fruits. The owner Bagrat told us about everything at check-in, showed us all the roads to the center, called a taxi when the need arose. In general, we are very, very satisfied and wish the hotel prosperity and grateful visitors!

Hospitable hosts. Breakfast was included in the price. A table was set for each room at a certain time. The food was very tasty and generous. The food was varied, including local dishes, which was very pleasing)
After 22:00 there is silence in the hotel. But you can go down and sit in the dining room) By the way, it is always open. A refrigerator is also available. Tea and instant coffee can also always be drunk.
It is located, of course, not on the most beautiful street, but nearby there are cafes, bakeries, a supermarket with a currency exchange, small shops, and pharmacies... Within walking distance is a large GUM market (they say the name came from the real GUM that was here earlier), Republic Square (and therefore the entire center), several shopping centers.
I definitely recommend it!)

Republic Square is a 10-minute walk away, near the Central Market and a beautiful park. You don't have to think about taxis - it's a pleasure to walk around the beautiful city.
On my next trip, I'll stay at the same hotel, I won't even look for anything else. I highly recommend it!

The room is clean, spacious, 4 single beds, shower and toilet in the room, air conditioning and TV, table and refrigerator. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a very tasty breakfast, although I don't really like to eat a lot in the morning, but I tried it a little. The host is very friendly and friendly. While my daughter and I went to change money (because payment is only in cash), the owner helped my mother to lift things to the room, which was on the 4th floor. It's difficult for Mom to climb, but as she said, the stairs are not steep and she managed. We wanted to extend the room for another day, but there was already a reservation. But now we know for sure that when we arrive in Yerevan, the first thing we will do is try to book here. The location of the hotel is also very good: a supermarket is open around the clock across the street, there is also an exchange office in it. The metro is nearby. There is a cathedral and a park area nearby. The impressions of the hotel are only positive.

Very convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the center. Stayed with my husband for 2 nights. The room is small but very clean with a private bathroom. A very comfortable double bed. There are all the toiletries.
I will note the breakfasts separately - they are very tasty, satisfying and varied. You can come and have tea or coffee at any time of the day.
There is a refrigerator in the kitchen and in the room.
The owner is always on site, ready to solve any issue. A very warm welcome.
There is no TV in the room, but we didn't need it. Wi-Fi is good in the room.
There is a large supermarket and a bakery nearby. We bought delicious cakes and pomegranate wine there.
There is an exchange office and ATMs inside the supermarket.
I liked everything very much.

A good hotel. I came to Yerevan for four days as a tourist and chose this hotel, which I was very pleased with in the end. I was met by a nice man, the owner, quickly settled in and, in principle, everything corresponded to the description and photo on the booking service.
The rooms are large, several beds, although I slept on one, a large bathroom. In the morning, a delicious varied wonderful breakfast was waiting for me.
I recommend it to tourists if you come to Yerevan for one or several days.

We were at the hotel in September 2022. We lived in a suite on the 2nd floor. A small family hotel with 10 rooms. I liked everything. The cleanliness is perfect. Fresh renovation, new furniture. Great breakfasts. A good location. The city center is a 15-minute walk away, near a park with playgrounds and many cafes, shops, a market. I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest with a friend from 8-10 inclusive.The room is clean, the breakfasts are delicious.But the owner ruined everything with his behavior on the last day.Having said that the kitchen, which is located in the basement, is presented at any time, I went down to make myself tea at 11 pm and leave the dirty dishes from the room.I note immediately, quietly, without noise. The stairs were not illuminated.Returning to the room, the owner himself came down and with such a claim that you were making noise.Then he saw us off with such a look, as if on our last journey.At 3 a.m. we left for the airport in a terrible mood.We will definitely never return to the hotel.And we will not recommend it to friends.The rest was ruined, thanks Bagrat.

The rooms are clean and cozy. I don't know about cleaning, we spent one night and went to another hotel. Everything must have ended well.We have never regretted going to another hotel. Let's start with parking, as Bagrat, the owner of the guest house, writes everywhere, yes, this is not a hotel, parking is free! The owner asked us to park the car in the parking lot at St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral. Looking ahead, when we left to catch up with us, the words sounded; pay for parking there on the spot. I was shocked! I'm asking a question; it says parking is free everywhere. I didn't even listen to the answer, there was just a man yelling, well, we crossed ourselves, paid for free parking and went to another hotel, where we really liked it! So, what's next? I really want to write about TV channels. In the evening, after an amazing walk, I decided to look through the TV channels on the TV. People, I scrolled to 331 channels, found two Russian speakers and that's some nonsense, but there are Ukrainian ones. It was the first time we looked at Russia through their eyes! It's certainly worth seeing how bad we Russians are. Maybe it affects the owner of the hotel, I don't know. I read reviews, this impression is either too lazy to write or many people really liked it. Of course, we will not recommend this guest house. I'll add a little more. There is no kettle in the rooms, you need to go down to the dining room in the basement. There is NO pool! The view from the windows is not what. Breakfast for three. We've traveled half the world, but I just wrote an essay about this place.

For the first time, tourists from Chuvashia vacationed in Armenia. Tatev Hotel turned out to be the most cozy, clean and convenient geographically. Despite the modest sign on the building, everything inside is made of natural stone, cleanliness both in the rooms and on the floors. A large room with air conditioning, everything is brand new in the room: a bed, sets of bed linen, towels, mattress and pillows (we slept like at home). Large bathroom and shower (this option is important for large people). The furniture in the room is spacious, bright, sit with friends in the room, drink Armenian wine... Please, there is enough space for everyone, the chairs and table in room 1 are good. But the most pleasant thing is the hospitable host of this hotel! Only he asked (like Dad) a question in the morning:- Is everything okay? How did you sleep? How are you feeling?" Meeting us at breakfast. Breakfast is included and a set table was waiting for us in the kitchen, fresh bread, butter, cottage cheese, pilaf in Armenian, with mushrooms and spelt (tried 1 time, but delicious), a salad of fresh vegetables, tea, coffee of course. If you are a Russian tourist, then at the request of vacationers, the host can offer excellent Armenian cognac;) Thank you for the hospitality, coziness and comfort. If we come to Yerevan again, we will stay with you again.
