Refueling is normal. There aren't many people, the pistols are free. I don't use anything passing at gas stations. Although they even have flowers in bouquets and rental trailers are piled up.
On column 6, the underflow is ~ 3%, on a large volume it is clearly visible. Fix it or it will pass by.
