Most reviews say that the staff here is excellent. I couldn't agree more. There are 2 gas stations of this network near the bison on both sides of the highway. And it is on them that some incredible employees: friendly, friendly, always advise something. I chatted with them about nothing for a minute - the mood gets even better.
We always stop by for their amazing ginger tea. And a good mood 🙂

The first time we encountered refueling of this network on 08/20/2022 - and we will definitely not turn to them anymore. We stopped, decided to have a snack and refuel the car. We ordered coffee for adults and hot chocolate for the child. Vending machines with drinks without customer access, prepared by the gas station operator. We have paid, we are waiting. The price list says that hot chocolate 220 ml, give a small glass half filled. I'm surprised and say that there must be some kind of mistake. I listen to a lot of interesting things about myself and about everything "that seems to me there" :) Still, I insist that this portion of the drink is significantly less than it should have been. The operator is indignant. And then suddenly he says, "Now I'm going to take a measuring cup and pour it over, let's see! And may you be ashamed!" I poured it over. We looked at it - 130 ml :))) I wasn't ashamed, but neither was the operator. Neither for deceiving the buyer, nor for his hit-and-run. There wasn't even a "sorry". I had to persistently ask for a portion of hot chocolate corresponding to the price list. Which was eventually done, albeit with "comments" along the way …
As a logical continuation, a dirty, smelly WC without toilet paper (at the same time, 15 minutes ago, judging by the mark in the graph, it was cleaned).
They did not refuel there - with such an attitude of the gas station staff to work, you never know what kind of jamb with fuel or a column …
And I won't recommend Tatneft to you.

Slow service, staff can't hear, asked for a hot dog without mustard. The toilets don't seem to be cleaned at all. The hot dog went to feed the animals, because the addition of an incomprehensible Lecho finished off ....
There is no banal WHEEL SWAP. It seems to me that such things should be at every gas station.

I don't know about the quality of fuel, suppliers need to be looked at on the website, usually Belarusian oil companies, but the quality of service is very decent. We stop just halfway there in order to chat with the friendly staff and taste the burgers of good quality. Being demanding of food, it is this cuisine that makes you show slack and try the unique and recognizable taste of Tatneft burgers.
