A decent hotel with a reasonable price. Even the taxi driver found it the third time, he was beating around the bush. The location of the guest house is in accordance with the name of the lane))) The staff is very friendly, the hotel owner greets the guests himself, which is also very pleasant. The rooms are small and clean. There is a safe, a kettle, and a poorly functioning air conditioner. On the third floor there is an exit to a rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the park and its surroundings. We decided not to experiment and have already visited this hotel twice.

It's not a bad place, everything is very beautiful at first glance. I liked the terrace, it's great to sit there in the evening. There are a lot of guests, everyone is friendly.
There was a confusion with the bed when booking, we wanted to book a double bed, but on the spot we were informed that it was two single beds.
Plumbing is leaking, that's really something to deal with!
There is a conday, Wi-Fi too. In general, it is a beautiful and not bad place. It is quite convenient to climb the hill, good fitness)

The staff is friendly, polite, the young staff speaks English, they do not know Russian (maybe they do not want to speak). The hotel is clean, although the room was not cleaned, we took out the garbage ourselves. They took it with breakfast, even very decent ones. The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the metro station, there is no Parking, the car was parked wherever it was necessary, the benefit was where. It seems to me that the cost is slightly too high for such a service, although this is purely my opinion.

It's just a terrible hotel, I don't recommend it. The room stank, when we asked to overpower it, the receptionist began to pretend that she did not understand us, either in English or in Russian, or through a translator. And only when they said we were moving out, they moved us to another room, there was a smell, but not so strong, but there was no insulation and the window was broken and propped up with a slipper.When they asked for a second blanket, as there was one and a half, they refused, they said it was not allowed, since there was one bed. The shower is rusty, you need to sit on the toilet carefully, because it wobbles. The sockets are broken, the walls are thin, the neighbors got drunk and swore, we didn't sleep, because it felt like everything was happening in our room. The building itself was in a dead end, in some kind of shabby neighborhood, and it was scary to come back at night

The location is excellent, a little uphill, but it does not interfere, there is a very beautiful temple nearby, a view of the old town from the terrace, the breakfasts are not bad, but otherwise, if you just spend the night, you can stay for that kind of money, Advice for the hotel administration:, change the plumbing, turn on the fountain in all directions, do at least there would be cosmetic repairs in the rooms, it was very dirty, in 6 days there was never a cleaning in the room, the towels themselves were asked to be replaced, the linen was never changed, such a small quiet hotel and such dirt in the rooms.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, as well as shopping malls. Excellent and courteous staff, clean, good bed linen. Of the cons - there is no parking for cars! and the smell of sewage in the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel in March 2023. Satisfied with the service. Cleaning, linen change, in 3 days. Administration: the girls Ani and Lana, very friendly, went out if that was necessary.The water in the hotel is hot (unlike other hotels where there are interruptions). I really liked the breakfasts, everything is fresh, they are cooked every morning. The price per room is very affordable, for 7 days 15600 for a two-bed room. The hotel is located in old Tbilisi, near the largest cathedral of Tsminda. You can see it from the observation deck of the hotel. The metro is 10-15 minutes away on foot, but there is a minibus nearby.

The location is indicated incorrectly on the map. I couldn't fix it.
The rooms on the booking photo look good. In reality: one lamp near the bed with warm light, another with cold, furniture made of unpleasant chipboard color, shabby, the faucet in the sink is broken, the bathroom in the shower is small, uncomfortable, the plastic threshold is broken, the socket comes out of the wall, the sheets are small, do not cover the sides of the bed, the refrigerator freezes food. At least that was the case in our room. I stepped on the threshold in the bathroom by accident and cut my leg.
The halls are beautiful, of course. And the receptionist was very polite and nice. She apologized, gave me everything I needed to treat my leg, and gave me a bottle of wine. But in fact, it has absolutely nothing to do with it: the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired:(
They didn't have time to climb up to the roof. She probably compensates for a lot...

Because of the wrong address, I searched for this hotel for half an hour AT NIGHT, which is supposedly marked at the intersection, and at this intersection you have to turn right, then turn right again on the next street and to the end of the dead end!!!!! Yandex, why did you make your cards at all if you are not even capable of correcting them!
We didn't like the hotel and the next morning we moved to another one. It was cold once. There was no hot water for two days. The repair started in the morning and we were told sorry and that's it. And the doors are more precisely a glazed wall in most rooms = it is noisy and often you can see what is happening in the room. Plus: a comfortable bed and friendly staff.

It so happened that I arrived 4 hours earlier, was driving all night and decided to come straight to the hotel, because there was nowhere else to go, or sleep on the street after the road. I asked a question in the booking office about early arrival, they did not respond to SMS, there was no Georgian SIM card at that time to call. This boorish lady asked me for half the room rate for an early check-in, even though my room was already empty. I would have understood if he was busy, but she was ready to leave me on the street, and the room would stupidly stand empty🤦♂️My wife works as a manager in a Moscow hotel and they always make concessions to their guests, this is the hospitality industry. But I was more struck by the audacity of this lady, when she begged me for money from above, she also asked me to cancel the reservation, so as not to pay the booking, she takes her commission and, accordingly, I remain without a guarantee of accommodation.
If a lady doesn't like working with people, give her a broom, let the yard sweep.
And so I liked the hotel in general, I thought to come in October, check in with a group of friends, but thanks to your "administrator" we will look for another hotel

The hotel is located on a mountain, easy fitness after a walk around Tbilisi. There is no heating in the bathroom, it is very cold, and the hot water runs out periodically, there are not enough mats in the bathroom, as condensation and you can slip on the wet floor. Excellent and inexpensive hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Beautiful view from the veranda window. And they found it without any problems, and the car was parked. The room is clean and warm. Cosy. A buffet breakfast is served in the morning. Special thanks to the kitchen staff. Everything is very tasty. There were Armenian women like that. Friendly people. Good. Thank you. The hotel is located in the private sector, 15 minutes walk from the old town. The breakfasts are good, the view from the terrace on the 4th floor is wonderful!

We took 2 rooms. They settled on the 2nd floor. The rooms are small, equipped with air conditioning, TV and mini fridge. The audibility is huge! The smell in the rooms was not very good -it smelled of damp and dust. There was no curtain in the bathroom (although it was hung up on the last day before departure). the hotel is located a little far from the metro, and there is also a hill to climb. In general, it is possible to live, but I will not go back there a second time!
