To which they replied that it doesn't work that way. When asked to show the full terms, they replied that there were none and the rules were only in words. As you want to understand the terms, so understand or write to support and clarify. Of course, it's not about the free pack, but about the attitude towards customers. The girl who communicated with me did not know the conditions herself and went to clarify, the man called back and just asked whether to place an order or not, thereby making it clear that as a client I am not interested ...
