We have been to this restaurant 2 times. The food is very tasty. I tried gatta with dried fruit filling for the first time. Bravo, I wanted to lick the crumbs off the plate. The waiters appear unnoticed, you always have a full glass. Moreover, not one waiter serves, but all of them. That is, one saw that the plate was empty and quickly took it away. Another noticed that the glass was empty and quickly refilled it from the bottle. I ordered a trout, and it was quickly cleaned of bones in front of me. Of the cons: I do not recommend a dance and music evening. They will perform one song and one dance , and then take a break for 15-20 minutes. They sing and dance well, but during dinner you will see 3 times. For this 2000 per person.

Among the advantages: a large selection of dishes of Armenian and Georgian Oriental cuisine. I wanted soup and only 2 pages of the menu from a variety of soups 👍 kharcho, lagman are incomparable, and the portions are large. Khinkali baked for 4 points, ordinary khinkali is even better than in Georgia, they do not skimp on meat and broth as it should be. Julien is also top. I recommend trying Armenian hapama and wine, although for fans of non-alcoholic gatherings there is a large selection of Armenian delicious compotes, I took a compote from cherry plum, just like my grandmother did.
I liked the interior very much, authentic Armenian style, attentive service, polite, they speak Russian, Armenian and English.
Of the disadvantages, only that you need to book in advance since there is almost never a place, we wanted to go in, as a result there was no place here, we booked in the Yerevan tavern, which is not far from this one.

Great restaurant. We have been to the restaurants of this chain several times. Delicious cuisine, reasonable prices. Good service, pleasant interior. The soup was salty for me, it was changed to another, the waiter, the administrator and some other people apologized. I was really uncomfortable with what I said.
After lunch, the Armenian ghat was brought as a compliment.

I have been there 4 times in 2 visits to Yerevan. The last time, to put it mildly, I was not impressed at all. Everything else before that is just aerobatics. It is difficult to find tastier and more atmospheric in Yerevan. In Russia, they don't cook like that at all. Everything is very tasty, mainly national cuisine. Bread is baked by themselves in a tandoor. There are a lot of seats, different separate halls and rooms for individual receptions. I want to go back there every time. Prices are normal by Russian standards. The portions are large. Just to eat from the belly, 7000 drams (1700 rubles) is enough to get full 10 000 — 15 000 AMD (2,300 rubles - 3,500 rubles) per large man.

We arrived in Yerevan, stayed in a hotel, looked for a place to eat according to reviews.
I liked the responses, they came at 10.30, and the friendly Armenian guys came. Polite communication. It's pretty cozy.

A wonderful restaurant! We were here on Thursday evening, the restaurant was full (booked in advance), there was a program (musicians, singers, dancers). I liked literally everything, the kitchen, the program, the interior, and our waiter. Everything worked to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening.
Our acquaintance with Armenia and Yerevan began in this restaurant, and it was the best start.

I strongly advise against visiting. We were in the hall where the performance is taking place. They charge 2000 per person for it, although it will not be possible to look at it normally, since everyone gets up at the stage in a crowd, and if you don't get up yourself, then you just have to look at other people's fifth points. They put him in the aisle, behind a column. They constantly bumped into our chairs stumbling (I would understand if it were visitors, but the waiters constantly bumped into us).
1. This was the first place where we didn't like the food, although everywhere we admired how it turns out that everything in Armenia is delicious. Here the soup is super spicy, and the dolma is not tasty and the khurjin is dry, the meat is not chewed, and the homemade pomegranate wine is not tasty.
2. The waiters touched our chairs, our table and constantly changed. They brought a new dish and wanted to put it in a plate from under the previous dish, barely managed to stop it so that the plate was replaced).
3. The performance is very noisy, the microphones were constantly playing. They don't seem to have a sound engineer, the principle is "it will do."
In general, they managed to spoil everything that they could. We are very disappointed.

Excellent local cuisine, excellent service. Attractive and atmospheric interior. An incomparable Armenian wine.
The staff speaks English, knows the menu well and can recommend a dish based on your wishes.
On the downside, some of the dishes are not available on the menu, but the waiter will recommend a decent replacement.

The service is like in a Soviet restaurant from the 90s.
While I was having lunch, an elderly cleaning lady with a broom and a dustpan walked around the hall about ten times. I really wanted to get up and help her.
In the evening, when I came to dinner (I was alone on a business trip), I ordered a glass of rose wine, but then they would bring me the second one, I had to wave with all my arms and legs. I've already somehow got used to the waiters offering drinks themselves (especially to the girls), and not asking for a pour (especially since wine is a profitable part of the restaurant)
Bottom line, if you are a local, then probably there is a hood, but if you are a stranger, especially a female, then sow sow.

Minuses:
1. for 1000 + cognac in 50 grams should be an order of magnitude more aged;
2. lemonade: the top is saturated, the bottom 2/3 is melted water with filling;
3. Pomegranate meat soup hardly focuses any expected flavor;
4. the flatbread was promised hot - with fervor-heat, but it was brought cold, and when the waiter realized it himself, he took it himself - to replace it, apparently. As a result, the same opus was slightly warmed up from one barrel.
But the fish is really not bad - I took the shelled trout. I recommend it directly.
In general, however, the impression is restrained.
