Quite a popular place in the city center. We stopped by for dinner. There were quite a lot of people.
We ordered a summer salad, eggplant rolls, chicken soup, vats, khurjin, khachapuri in Ajarian, dogwood compote.
The salad is excellent: fresh, juicy vegetables with herbs. Rolls, chicken soup are worthy. The vats are empty, there is not enough spice. Khachapuri is frankly weak: a lot of eggs, little cheese stretching. Khurjin is excellent both in serving and taste: a lot of meat and vegetables imbue the taste of the finest pita bread. The compote is also super.
The service is good, but not very friendly.
The total check came out at 17,380 AMD. The 10% service fee is automatically enabled.

A very visited place! More like a tourist attraction)
Colorful male waiters, well-trained and dressed according to the canons of the USSR.
We tried to order a shish kebab - the waiter dismissed our choice with the words "you will not eat such a shish kebab, meat in Armenia is very tough when cooking", changed the choice to kebab.
There were no wines at an affordable price in the wine list, at the waiter's insistence, the choice fell on expensive wine (the most expensive for the two weeks spent in Armenia), but nevertheless the wine pleased with the taste.
In general, we had a good lunch, it was quite tasty, the price tag for the food pleased us.

A wonderful place! Authentic cuisine, excellent service. We were also lucky to get to live music - an ensemble of Armenian folk instruments played, and a very vociferous singer periodically sang. But I want to share a little bit about something else. Among other things, I ordered an aveluk, which I love very much and always order. And when they brought me a very large portion, I naturally anticipated the pleasure. But... I don't think it was the cook's fault, apparently the grass turned out to be old, dry and it was simply impossible to eat it. Naturally, I was upset, but I thought that this failure was compensated by the wonderful performance of the ensemble, music that penetrates the soul.
What was my surprise when they brought me the bill, from which the aveluk salad was excluded!!!This is the first time I've encountered this. How delicious it is here!!! My husband and I were passing through Yerevan, the hotel recommended this restaurant, there are no words to describe exactly what delight we experienced from the dishes and service. Everything is at the highest level! Dolma was eaten twice, khinkali is aerobatics, very tasty salads, compotes and guinness dessert are mandatory for tasting. I recommend it! And we will certainly come again if we find ourselves in Yerevan!

The waiters behaved aloof and completely uninterested. Not rude, of course, but politely indifferent. And this indifference was uncomfortable. It seems like a small thing, right? But the impression of the restaurant was very mixed due to the attitude of the staff towards the guests. Maybe it was just such a day or the stars turned out that way, I don't know.
The restaurant hall seemed uncomfortable to me. The waiters are too busy (we were sitting next to the waiter's counter), and this fuss did not allow us to relax.

It is better to book a place in advance. We were on a weekday in the non-tourist season, and there was a full boarding.

Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Ресторан атмосферный, понравилось оформление зала, заходишь и сразу понимаешь - ты в Армении. Еда очень вкусная, мой муж, большой любитель баранины, впервые в жизни похвалил приготовленную не им самим баранину, поверьте, это значит высший класс😁 Шашлык, напитки все очень вкусно! Вечером попали на небольшое представление с армянскими песнями - супер, очень колоритно и завораживающе. Нам настолько понравилось, что все последующие разы ходили сюда, хотя в планах такого не было 👍
