👥 The staff is just a complete zero here, when ordering, they can come back to you and ask you again 2 to 5 times, then bring something completely different in the end, or they will accept your order and start walking that this is not there, that is not there. Well, shouldn't the staff, when they come to work, clarify what is available and what is not, and the funniest thing is when they ask for payment immediately, and then they come and say, but what you ordered is not there. The receptionist (a woman with short hair and white hair) just never knows if she is not alone, she is also strange, she can sit on the "courts" and communicate with the guests. I saw it myself.
🏤 The design is generally a good idea, there are many halls inside, one of them with an exit to the "attic" is generally not bad, but all the sofas are in the dust, which leaves a bad impression, there are also departments, a hall and a kind of karaoke room. The main hall has a rather pleasant atmosphere, the hall itself is made in chocolate tones, the music needs a little refinement, sometimes the speakers wheeze, in general the sound is atmospheric.

Everything is on the list! The staff, the atmosphere, the waiting time, the food, the interior, the drinks, everything is without complaints! I advise you to visit!!!

We were at the corporate party on 12/28/2019. 20,000 tenge per person. The tables are half empty! Portions are reduced at least 3 times. Half-raw chicken drumstick. After repeated demands, hot food was brought at 23.00. Beef steak with vegetables was ordered, and slightly warm unroasted meat without vegetables was brought. And so on and so forth... The boorish administrator explained what was happening by saying that they were not in time! They left hungry! Disgusting diner!
I didn't like it. The music is playing very loudly, if you come to chat with friends, it won't work, you just won't hear each other, the tables are located close to each other. The kitchen is far from up to par, and there is nothing to choose from.
