It means 35 minutes pass, no one calls me, I decide to re-type myself, the same friendly and friendly voice of the dispatcher, I clarify her question, they say, allegedly with my order, to which I receive an answer that the cars are all busy and that the car will be in my area in about 20 minutes, while the dispatcher repeats to me that it is not a fact that the driver will carry out this trip and at the same time says that they will contact me. They let me down very badly. I ordered a car in the evening, asked again if she would definitely arrive and if she would be late. The dispatcher assured that she would arrive as expected in time. In the morning, 5 minutes before the appointed time, a call rings and the dispatcher informs that the car will not be there. How is that possible??? I have to go to work, my child has to go to school. I will never contact this service again, they are not reliable. Be careful.
