1. We contacted this service on 09.02., the car was booked an hour before arrival in Brest on the Moscow side of the railway;
2. There was no car at the agreed time (00.20). The taxi driver's answering machine informed us that a black Hyundai number 2103 was waiting for us. They tried to contact the driver five times, but his number was occupied by another conversation;

5. After finishing the conversation, the driver was going to call again. He did not respond to the request not to do this;
6. At the end of the trip, the driver did not give change.
