Moreover, the taxi driver did not mind transporting 2 passengers on different orders. The next day, I turned to the management. To the deputy director — Alexander. As a result, the dialogue with the head is as follows: The question is: Why did the driver take two passengers? It's a violation. Answer: Your son didn't mind. Approx. Question: OK, but didn't the driver see that the second passenger was extremely drunk and inadequate? Answer: 80% of our clients are inadequate people. Question: Do you think that the issue can be closed? Would you like to at least offer a refund for the trip? Approx...only 6 rubles (kopecks) Answer: No, it's force majeure. Question: Why wasn't the receipt given? Answer: Your son forgot to pick it up himself. Conclusions: I believe that this is not force majeure. This is a guy who crosses all boundaries.
