Excellent apartments for rest and stay! There is everything you need, absolutely everything, a kitchen with cutlery, tiles, a microwave, fresh repairs, towels, soaps / gels/ shampoos, slippers, etc. heating in the cold season. All transport, metro, nearby! No problem! It's noisy, of course, and the traffic is-well, it's old Istanbul))) the administrator Yashar is the best person / guide / assistant, solves all questions by 1/2 thanks to him)
It's a good place.
Clean, pleasant, close to all interesting places.
Thanks a lot to Yashar. He helped me with everything, answered all my questions, and was intelligent and literate.
I recommend it to anyone who just wants to stay overnight, without pathos.
Great location! There is a convenience store right in the house. The staff speaks Russian fluently and is always ready to help!Excellent value for money. If you go to Istanbul, then stop here!
We rented a room with my family for 4 days. The room is spacious, with two rooms and a kitchen. The room has everything you need. The receptionist speaks Russian and is very polite. We settled in without any problems.Close to shops, bus stops, Istiklal street. There are some flaws in the room, but we didn't focus on it.Overall, everything is fine.In the photo, the view from the window.
A good overnight stay, we stayed for 8 nights at the meeting in 2025. A full-fledged 2-room apartment with a small kitchen where everything is available for cooking. Yashar was always ready to help 👍🤝
There are midges flying in the room. They were bitten at night. It itches a lot.
It's scary to go into the shower. There is mold and mildew on the floor. The plumbing is very old, rusty. The windows are covered with dirty film. Although upon check-in they assured that the hotel was renovated.
There is no promised ironing board either. You will have to iron on the floor on a towel, apparently, or on the bed, but the cord from the old rusty iron, which was terrible to spoil clothes, does not reach there.
I am attaching photos.
If you expect to cook here, make no mistake. The place for cooking is very tiny. You will have to put improvised items on the floor. There is nowhere to put the dishes after washing. The dishwashing detergent was also empty. I couldn't even wash the dishes.
There are not even forks.
There's nowhere to put a suitcase in this closet. Only on the floor or on the bed. Then you'll have to take him off the bed all the time. I put it on two chairs available in the room. As a result, there was nothing to sit on.
The important thing for me is that the Internet is unstable. I'm in Istanbul for work. The Kat-3 network is constantly falling off. And I have to log in to the remote desktop for a long time (restart the program, enter the password, wait for confirmation on the phone, etc.).
If this is important to someone, there is no elevator. You will have to walk up to the narrow stairs every time.
The ventilation is constantly noisy in this tiny room. I took a video of the noise. The ventilation grate is covered with dust. There's a layer of dust everywhere, even on the only outlet in the room.
The place itself is also noisy. There is a busy road nearby, constant noise of cars.
Believe me, there are much more decent hotels for this price. There are hotels at every turn in Istanbul.
A great hotel, there is a comfortable place for 3-4 people, like an apartment, two rooms, kitchen , shower. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly. Within walking distance of the center and the streets where to walk and restaurants. If everything works out, I will be happy to stop again! The price and quality are excellent. I recommend
We stayed at this hotel from March 20th to 25th! I really liked everything, the room has everything you need: washing machine, iron, kettle, everything is clean! Special thanks to the administrator Edik))) very attentive and responsive😌
We stayed at the hotel in February 2024.
I must say right away that they accidentally left some clothes at the hotel. In March, friends tried to pick them up at our request, but the things were stolen by the hotel staff.
Not a bad place, we lived on the 2nd floor, the room had a kitchen, air conditioning, which we turned on for heating at night. A peaceful environment in and around the hotel. The prices are quite reasonable. But there are nuances. The modern bathroom smells strongly of sewage. The receptionist is friendly, but we could not get some things, for example, a blanket with a duvet cover for each guest. We were given two blankets for three people and one blanket. They said that it was no longer allowed.
We waited half a day for toilet paper, eventually went and bought it ourselves.
In general, this did not turn out to be critical, since before that we got to the hotel much worse.
We met, immediately settled in, ordered a taxi to the airport, escorted, told how to get there, I got to the sights of Istanbul, always in touch via whatsapp.
A great hotel with apartments. The room has everything, in fact it is a studio apartment (in my case, single occupancy). Within walking distance of Istiklal, Taksim Square
Very nice hotel! Cozy, pleasant and hospitable staff. The location is gorgeous near the main Istiklal street, cafes, attractions and beautiful views. We are very glad that we stayed here :)
