I advise you to stay away from them! They stole money from my card! I booked an apartment from September 13 to 17 through Booking. Back on August 16, they debited the funds from my card. I warned them a day before when I would arrive at the place and they said nothing, then I warned them an hour before arrival and they said nothing. When I arrived at the place I had to wait, and then they said that they wanted to replace my apartment with a more comfortable one. They grabbed my suitcases and I had to run after them, across a road with a lot of cars and past abandoned buildings. I felt uneasy and even then I wanted to call the police. When we arrived at the place, we went up to see what they had to offer. And these were much less comfortable conditions than those that I booked. The room was gloomy, and the bedroom looked like a utility room, there was a hole in the sofa in the second room, there was little light. In addition, there was an old elevator, which, it seems to me, is dangerous to ride. I refused such a replacement. And then they announced that the apartments I had booked and PAID for were occupied! I had to contact booking to cancel because... for me the cancellation was equal to the cost of the booking. Booking technical support took my side and canceled the booking. So I have an invoice from the bank, a decision from booking tech support and as of the current date (October 16th) there is still no refund on my card. I will be in Turkey soon and am going to go to court. I should probably also file a claim for moral damages, since they ruined my vacation, caused anxiety and put my life in danger (when I had to cross an eight-lane road), and the solution to the problem with new housing took time. In addition to this (I do not claim that this is connected), services unknown to me began to debit funds from my card. I'm going to go to local office of Interpol on this issue.
