A wonderful hotel in the very center of Istanbul. Istanbul's pedestrian street is just a stone's throw away, reminiscent of Moscow's Arbat. The room is perfect. The view from the window is also good, but just don't look down. Although I understand that the hotel is in the old part of the city. The linen is snow-white. The cleaning is of high quality. The furniture is in excellent condition. And the room itself is quite large. The breakfasts are very tasty. For every taste. The staff needs only respect.
The hotel is very cozy
The room has its own roughness in the form of a broken skirting board in the corner, but it does not greatly affect the overall impression.
Comfortable clean beds. A big warm blanket.
To make the room warm, you must turn on the air conditioner, but this is in all hotels in Istanbul.
The toilet floor is very cold. It's better not to go in there without slippers.
The shower is clean and comfortable
I highly do not recommend this hotel - we booked a standard double, but we were accommodated in an economy room (a very small room with broken handles, a hairdryer, etc.) When they said that, the answer was that there were no rooms and they couldn't move them anywhere. Only for 3 out of 7 days they may be moved to the category we paid for (!!!). At the same time, no one apologized - there are simply no numbers of the category indicated in the voucher. The lack of customer orientation for the hospitality industry is striking.
The location is really quite good, but every evening until 1-2 a.m. it is very noisy from the bar nearby. The impression of the holiday is greatly spoiled
