A wonderful hotel in the very center of Istanbul. Istanbul's pedestrian street is just a stone's throw away, reminiscent of Moscow's Arbat. The room is perfect. The view from the window is also good, but just don't look down. Although I understand that the hotel is in the old part of the city. The linen is snow-white. The cleaning is of high quality. The furniture is in excellent condition. And the room itself is quite large. The breakfasts are very tasty. For every taste. The staff needs only respect.
The hotel is very cozy
The room has its own roughness in the form of a broken skirting board in the corner, but it does not greatly affect the overall impression.
Comfortable clean beds. A big warm blanket.
To make the room warm, you must turn on the air conditioner, but this is in all hotels in Istanbul.
The toilet floor is very cold. It's better not to go in there without slippers.
The shower is clean and comfortable
I highly do not recommend this hotel - we booked a standard double, but we were accommodated in an economy room (a very small room with broken handles, a hairdryer, etc.) When they said that, the answer was that there were no rooms and they couldn't move them anywhere. Only for 3 out of 7 days they may be moved to the category we paid for (!!!). At the same time, no one apologized - there are simply no numbers of the category indicated in the voucher. The lack of customer orientation for the hospitality industry is striking.
The location is really quite good, but every evening until 1-2 a.m. it is very noisy from the bar nearby. The impression of the holiday is greatly spoiled
Great hotel, everything is almost new, comfortable beds are clean!
Location - near Taksim Street and a huge number of cafes, but at night everything is quiet. We bought a tourist SIM card at the reception - much cheaper than in local communication salons.
The staff is courteous, the Sinan guy especially.
We booked through Booking without prepayment, then contacted WA and agreed to pay on the spot in cash dollars.
In general, I recommend it!
Only the advantages! Breakfasts are great. The room was on the 4th floor, clean, cozy, large bathroom with toilet! We were at 5 p.m. after that (the breakfasts weren't great) and then there was just a bomb! I highly recommend this hotel
Normal rooms, good, friendly staff attitude towards Russians, always ready to help, close to the central Istiklal street, poor breakfasts, good cleaning. Nice pillows and a bed.
Excellent hotel, excellent breakfasts, attentive, friendly staff!I definitely recommend it, I finally found a worthwhile hotel in Istanbul! The main thing is not to spoil!))
A controversial foursome, but the bed is comfortable, the room is decent, 3 Russian channels, decent breakfast. If it's only for overnight stays, then it's normal. The lobby is very small, not suitable for work.
We stayed at this hotel with friends in November. Very convenient location of the hotel - almost around the corner - one of the main arteries of the city - Istiklal Street (like our Arbat) with many shops, cafes, noisy and festive. At the same time, there is almost no noise at night in the hotel itself (and we always slept with the window open).
At the reception and in the restaurant, polite and non-intrusive staff will bring everything, help.
By number: the beds are comfortable, moderately hard mattresses, clean. We cleaned every day, changed towels, delivered water, tea-coffee and bathroom accessories even if the previous ones were not used yet (by the end of the rest, a good collection had accumulated)).
One of the disadvantages of the room is the bathroom. A shower door with slits and a shower directed at it will lead to a flood in the bathroom. And there is no drain there, the water will stand. Apparently, because of this problem, the bathroom door is very rotten from the bottom.
Breakfasts are at the level of a city hotel (of course, not to compare with the resort Turkish all-inclusive 5* hotels). There are enough tables, the buffet has never had a crush. Of the minuses - the coffee in the coffee machine is sour.
In general, I recommend the hotel. Next time I would stay in the same place.
A wonderful hotel with a convenient location!
The room is clean and cozy.
Delicious breakfasts.
The only drawback when cleaning was rearranging my personal belongings and the perfume broke.

As if everything was good, but it could have been better. There is no heating in the hotel, only air conditioning for heating. I got a room on the 1st floor of the hotel next to the reception. It was always noisy, even at night! The room was dark and damp, like a dungeon. The size of the room, the equipment - everything is OK, an ironing board and an iron were brought on request. The breakfasts were excellent and varied. The hotel is located on the next street from Istiklal, there are a lot of cafes under the windows, be prepared for the fact that it may be noisy.

It's a good, average hotel. The staff is polite, cleaning every day, quite clean and not too noisy, given the proximity of various establishments. The breakfasts are monotonous. In general, a normal 4-star Turkish hotel))
We stayed in January 2024. The hotel is normal for hotels of this class, but it is already in great need of room renovation, lighting and textile replacement. Located on a fairly noisy street, it is difficult to fall asleep at night until 1-2 o'clock at night. Big advantages: delicious breakfast, pleasant staff and located 50m from Istiklal, the very center. I would not stop a second time, for 1-2 days it is the most convenient location.
An excellent hotel in its price category Fully corresponds to the description.comfortable large rooms, good cleaning, hot water in the shower, excellent breakfasts. Excellent location 70 m from Istiklal. A taxi can drive right up to the hotel, which is not possible everywhere in the area. Taksim metro station is within walking distance. You can hear the bars downstairs, but this is a feature of the area. We were not disturbed. For silence, you need to check into hotels in other areas. I definitely recommend it
