A great place to relax. A sauna complex, swimming pools, a hotel with a fireplace in the room, good restaurants, fishing and a mini zoo. In winter, an ice rink with a Christmas tree in the center. In general, everything is fine!
I didn't like anything, the service and attitude were like in the 90s-20s. However, it was during these years that the whole place was glorified by the stars, whose young portraits hang at the entrance to the hotel. At the moment, the hotel is stuck in those 90s-20s. A suite with furniture that is now falling apart, tiles and plaster are already crumbling in the changing rooms of the SPA. In short, this place should be closed and completely renovated! The pools are just solid chlorine, the tiles around them are even without a rubber coating, and these are mountains!! in the cold, the ice tile turns into an ice rink in September. Movement in the spa area will be comfortable for you only if you are without children and have already "warmed up" well not in the baths, since you have to put on your hotel robes or jackets to be allowed into this premium spa complex, or go straight to them in the cold through the entire hotel already in swimsuits. In short, we are glad that we stayed just for the night, attention.. We arrived almost at 20.00, left immediately after breakfast, as all this did not even make us want to stay until 12.00, the time of check-out. They would have returned, definitely not! We would recommend it to friends- definitely not! And so, everyone makes their choice where they feel good.
Of the advantages- mountains-air, but this is rather not the merit of the manager of this complex.
Well, also breakfast in the restaurant, delicious, "chuchely" and "severely", without smiles. ☝😁
We spent the night at the end of April. The room is nice, clean, modern, spacious. Slippers, bathrobes, shower accessories, tea - everything is as it should be. I don't remember which room it was (suite/ semi-suite/super comfort) something like that. But I remember that we were the first tenants in this room immediately after a fresh renovation) and everything is fine, but the newfangled transparent wall in the shower covers half of the water. Accordingly, there is a lot of water on the floor, everything is splattered 😬
The territory of the complex is extensive, a very beautiful place, really) there were peacocks, they screamed all the time😃
But there are moments.
The kitchen was a little disappointed (very expensive and tasteless) where they asked for a full roast - they did not fry and the meat was half-cooked. And the kebabs were all over-dried and burned down. The restaurant is the last one, near the toilets, I did not remember the name. The landmark is inside the stuffed animals.
Unsanitary conditions in the spa complex (there are no showers between the baths, sweaty people just dive into the pool and splash around in someone else's sweat, since the water is not filtered (at least that's what it seemed to us). But the chlorine from the water stinks a kilometer away. We didn't go into the pool. After the steam room, we walked along the street (fortunately it was raining fine), cooled down and went to the next bathhouse 😂
There are aquagorks)
Spanking is prohibited in the bathhouse itself. That is, people come in, take off their shoes, leave their robes and go inside barefoot. Sorry, with such humidity and with so many people, picking up a fungus is a big deal)🙁😬
There is little room for walking,
Although the territory is large? We have a day booked, so after breakfast we don't know what to do, where to go. We looked at everything yesterday. I can't imagine what you can do here for a week 😵💫 if you just breathe really fresh air 🌳 🌲, listen to birds 🐦❓
In general, the idea of the institution is good, but you need to finalize some points and change the kebabs 😀
A good hotel, everything is very tired and the interior and the Spa, the mountain air, and the friendly staff at the reception are among the advantages.
We rested with my husband at the Tau Dastarkhan hotel from 05.01 to 06.01, stayed in the standard room. The room is spacious, bright and very warm, it has everything you need. There are slippers and two sets of towels and bathrobes for each guest, they can be used in the spa. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The price included breakfast for two and access to the spa. The spa has 8 pools (open, closed, with warm and hot water), 7 baths (Scandinavian, Russian, Japanese, Scythian, Alpine, Oriental, Himalayan). Baths with dry and wet steam, with different healing properties. The steam rooms are clean and nice. The only thing that marred our impression, and what the administration should pay attention to: visitors to the baths (Alpine, Himalayan and other dry steam baths) throw snow on electric braziers with stones, which, firstly, spoils the bath and makes the air in dry baths moist, like in a Russian bath, and secondlythe second is threatened by a short circuit.
The hotel has a pleasant and cozy territory, well-groomed paths, around the mountain, the air is very fresh.
Also on the territory there is a cozy ice rink with lighting and music, very atmospheric. The only thing is that the skates at the rental are very stupid, it would not hurt to sharpen them.
The breakfast was very tasty, as well as the food in the Gorny restaurant in general, the portions are large.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we will definitely come back.
We rented a suite for the promotion, the room is large and cozy, but very cool, warmed by a heater, Wi-Fi there does not reach the room, TV is only cable.
as former Minister Musin said, we dispensed with Japanese cellular communication and the Internet came to you, I remembered Egypt only at the reception wi-fi "0" poor country Thailand everywhere wi-fi will come a foreigner will be shocked by such an Internet!the price for 0.5 Cola in the restaurant is higher than at the international airport! And you can't take it with you!
This is something incredible
I want to live there)
Swimming pool, baths, fonts - and all this with a view of the mountains
I think the price tag is very pleasant for such a pleasure
The prices in the restaurant are raised, but the beer and pizza were delicious))
I advise everyone to visit this place!

5 stars in advance, as the suite (!) has neither a hair dryer nor a refrigerator, smells of burning from the fireplace, but has a chic seating area with a sofa, armchairs and a table. A test bed, a live TV and most importantly, a very responsive staff (5 stars for it!). The floorboards creak, the doors creak, autumn has good audibility from the street. Well, the Wi-Fi in our room (15) is just one strip for visibility, you can say not at all. The surroundings and the territory - there is where to walk and what to see, especially if it is the first time. In general, you can relax, but repairs have been asking for this hotel for a long time.
Outdated repairs, there is no shower near the bathhouse, after the bathhouse people go to the pool, which is not very good. The best thing is the Scandinavian sauna
Half of the baths are not accessible! In the Russian steam room there is an execution, which is called collective steaming! It has nothing to do with the Russian couple!
Everything is pleasant. Fireplace (although there is no firewood and no one told where to get it). The balcony is super with mountain views.I slept great. They couldn't turn on the TV. It is impossible to reach the hotel from the city. It is also difficult to book a room with two beds on the website. Only upon arrival, you can ask for a room with two beds (if there is one and if not, and you are with an adult son, they say well, they would give you a cot, well, it's kind of expensive to pay 60 thousand tenge and sleep on a cot).
Thank you very much! Administrators are professionals... They are very helpful and hospitable... The rooms are as clean as at home... Linen (snow-white (thanks to all the staff)... We will definitely advertise you.... Although I'm sure you don't need it.... Thank you! 👍
A very cool place, I recommend definitely visiting. Unusual, interesting. There are different baths and saunas in one place. The Scandinavian sauna was especially impressive. A pleasure that is difficult to convey in words. Delight!!!!
We come to relax with my husband, a good bath complex at an affordable price. The food in the restaurant on the second floor is simply delicious, always very tasty, fresh, wonderful products. The complex itself consists of two thousand and sometimes requires repair. The staff is courteous, courteous and wonderful.
We had a great rest. Clean mountain air, baths and pools in excellent condition. The Scandinavian sauna is just great. Special thanks to the bath attendants. They are professionals. The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. Thank you very much.
In summer, there is nowhere to fall (((if this place was only for hotel guests, it would be just bombastic! And I have nothing against cats, but the smell is present even at the reception and I couldn't go out on the balcony because of this, they are everywhere there
Relax at tau spa is not bad, there is a quiet place near the mountains. Swimming pools restaurants cafes and saunas according to the standard, one remark in the pool is too warm water Tau spa is designed for a family vacation with friends, it is problematic to relax, but for relaxation it is !!! Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is the perfect place
A good place for the whole family. There are a lot of various applications and baths, a lot of pools. One wish, the waiters from the kitchen are brakes, and specific, but otherwise everything is on the level! Well done! I have been going to this institution for almost 20 years, I like everything! The management has a separate rakhmet!
I like to relax here, it's a pity that the Oriental bath and the Scandinavian bath, which I like the most, did not work last time. Of course, it is very expensive to eat here, the hotel is also very expensive. But the service is top-notch.
We visit this complex several times a year.I like the Spa, but unfortunately there are very few sunbeds, and it's cold outside in winter. The hotel has nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. There is delicious food in all food outlets.Breakfast has improved.Unfortunately, there is little room for walking, but the area is pleasant. We can recommend this place.
A delightful place to relax with the whole family!!!
Like on another planet🔥🔥🔥🔥
Baths for every taste (10 pieces)
We all went around with pleasure))
I especially liked the Russian, ice font, and Scandinavian, also with an ice font🔥
Food and service👍
For 50 thousand tenge per day, you will receive a shabby room, a non-working shower (either boiling water or ice water poured out of it, you can get burned and catch a cold while taking a shower), a non-working extractor hood, disposable dishes in the room, an average breakfast. The room was constantly cold and humid, towels and bathrobes did not dry at all. We have repeatedly asked the administrator to solve the problem with the water in the shower, but nothing has changed in three days ((( In general, the competence of the staff raises questions....
Among the advantages is a normal SPA complex with baths and swimming pools, which are included in the price and the nature around)
The service is good. The rooms are decorated with wood and a fireplace, but it does not feel like 4 stars. The breakfast is continental.
There is a free spa (swimming pool and baths), but we did not use them
Mountains, clean air, a huge number of swimming pools (there are heated ones, and for children)
as well as saunas and baths from all over the world for every taste, excellent service, cozy rooms and very good breakfasts, I recommend 100%!!!
Saunas and pools are very good, there are many kinds of baths, but the only thing is the FOOD, it's not very good, in some places it's not even fresh, but I think food is not the main thing in a sauna
Everything is super, the hotel is cozy, the restaurants are cool in terms of food, the spa center with all the baths is on fire, the only minus is not the hospitable staff on the territory of the spa center
An excellent sauna complex of a dozen different saunas, including Russian, Turkish, Oriental, Scandinavian, Japanese, Alpine, etc. I wish I had a regular one here, so that I could wash myself straight, with a squeak, with scrubbing! I recommend
Well, I wanted to write a review about Tau Dastarkhan and its spa area, especially since there is something to write, well, I'll probably start.... So the rooms are clean, toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. are always present, bathrobes and towels are changed during, the restaurant has good breakfasts and they cook delicious, the staff is friendly, a huge number of pools both large and small, there are for children, there are heated baths and saunas as they say on every taste and color, plus the mountain air, we were here with family and friends for a week honestly did not want to leave, we had a full rest. I recommend visiting here at least once, I guarantee 100% you will not regret it.
A great place to relax with the whole family! Come early, while there are no people. It's really cool to come in late autumn. There is snow in the mountains, clean air, and you are swimming in the open air in a warm pool. The number of baths is off the scale. It is better to take a bathrobe with you. An elastic band is required for girls. The prices in the cafe are affordable. The service is fast. The food is delicious.
The water in the two pools is very very warm. It's not pleasant. It's hot outside. It's cool for winter. The kitchen is expensive. As it is, everything is fine. They know the rest of the nuances themselves. The small pool on the second floor was closed in early June.
An excellent complex. It is advisable to indicate on the official website which baths and pools are under repair. We bought tickets on the website and on the 10th attempt, it turned out that you can only buy for 1 piece.
There are a lot of baths, swimming pools, recently there have been a lot of people with children, there's just nowhere to fall. Probably because of the large number of people, cleanliness began to suffer. The baths do not all work often. Or they don't warm up well. The cafe is very expensive, although the quality of the food is average. The boxes for storing valuables are broken. The locks in the toilets are also broken. In general, it's not what it used to be.
A super hotel. Polite staff. The spa is included with the accommodation.
The rooms are very clean, but the sound insulation is weak.
The restaurant is very tasty, tomorrow is a bomb. The interior is tastefully done.
The spa is overcrowded, the room prices do not match the quality. The outdoor pools are cold, and the baths are crowded.
The only advantage is that the suites have a real fireplace.
Changing the linen in the room for money, lighting the fireplace for money... It's just ridiculous
The cold time of the day and when it rains , after the Scandinavian steam it 's just a bomb 💪
The beginning of the month with friends is the tradition of going to the Tau Spa
The subscription, even vip, does not include a bathrobe, slippers and a towel!!!! All this is for a fee!
If you position yourself as a spa, then such things should be given out for free!!!
In addition, wet bathrobes and towels do not change!!!
It's snowing outside, minus and you have to walk in wet bathrobes!!!
This is not the first time we have rested in Tau spa, for a family holiday it is the best. However, the prices for the menu are very expensive, unfortunately, the quality and price do not match.. We love the Scandinavian bathhouse👌
