I'll start with the administrator's job.
We signed up with my husband for the traditional thai ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, I found out that we will have a graduate and a top master. I asked the receptionist why they didn't ask me, because I would prefer grand masters. I was told that the masters had been named for you according to the price. Below I will attach photos in which no one asked me about the masters and the prices were not named in accordance with the masters. Of course, no one apologized, and they told me that they didn't know which administrator I was talking to. Also, an interesting point is that for a certified and top masters, they charged us 220 bel.rub. for the 1 + 1 promotion, i.e. it was as if there were two top masters (a certified one costs 180 rubles, a top one costs 220 rubles). I asked why, and they told me that these were the terms of the promotion (I didn't find any such terms on the site specifically, I would like to have this article sent to me).
Let's move on to the massage.
I had a top master Janie, you can safely go to this master. I was very satisfied. The master worked through every area, strong hands, very attentive. All my wishes were fulfilled, which, unfortunately, I cannot say about the certified master Nancy, who did not take into account her husband's wishes at all. I asked him to have his back well worked until it crunched, but the master did nothing. Her husband also complained that she often took breaks. I opened my eyes periodically and noticed it too. I got the impression that once you get the promotion, you will get such a second massage.
After the massage, the receptionist asked if we enjoyed the massage. I shared everything that was written above, to which the administrator said that, for her part, she conveyed all our wishes to the masters (and it's true, the top master took into account all my wishes) and apologized, although a certified master should apologize for his lack of massage. There are no questions for the administrator.
It's a pity that this happened, I really wanted my husband's back to be worked on. With such an unpleasant aftertaste, we left the salon.

I visited this salon yesterday and was very pleased with the Thai Aroma with mango butter performed by Master Dia. I have no problems with my neck, but during the ceremony, the master threw her head back and pressed on her head, creating a dangerous compression. The next day, I couldn't move my neck normally, I've been suffering for a whole week.
Be careful, masters should not practice manual techniques without medical education.

but there are questions about the service:
1. starting from communication with administrators by phone and already in person at the spa, it is necessary to raise the level of communication skills of specialists unambiguously - there is not enough sincerity, energy, and customer care,
3. the entrance area, where the guest needs to leave his outerwear and put on shoe covers, not only does the vestibule of the train resemble in size, it is also categorically not equipped -there is nowhere to put a purse, nowhere to sit down to put on these very shoe covers -the guest receives a dose of "discomfort" immediately at the entrance -gentlemen owners -think about it)
2. well, drinking tea after the procedure while sitting at the exit, at the reception is a so-so pleasure, here we are talking about the fact that at the exit, the guest also receives an additional portion of the same "discomfort", and even the most positive impressions of the ritual are instantly forgotten
* the review was written not to offend, but to emphasize those points, correcting which can significantly increase customer loyalty
In the meantime, there is no desire to return here at all

She gave me a far from weak massage- and I fell asleep! 1.5 hours of massage + 30 minutes of facial massage — and it's not that it doesn't hurt anywhere - I fall asleep!! I came to this spa salon for the first time and was incredibly surprised at how beautiful and cozy it is here. They can also call 15 minutes after the start of the session to ask where you are, although you have just been registered and conducted))) constant problems with time transfer (it is explained that something is wrong with the system) and so if you want to feel the skill and effect of cool masters, then you are here, but you need to suffer some inconveniences. The master and the procedure will be exactly the same as they have never been wrong yet!

I have been to various spa rituals more than once. I bought certificates for myself and friends. I think this is a great gift option for "kayfushi", which not everyone will allow themselves. There are no questions about the work of the masters. They are pleasant and attentive.
But I won't come here anymore. Situation: I had a certificate with a deadline of mid-April. I called in a couple of days - everything is scheduled for the evening and weekend. They put it on the waiting list, but they didn't call back. I called myself at the end of April. What should I do? They replied that, as an exception, they would be able to offer time in the first days of May. I warned that I would not be in the country from May 1 to May 16. To which they replied: call me on arrival. She returned.... and called more than once, and wrote letters. One answer is NO. If the certificate ended in April, then it was necessary to give it to another person. Oh, how! We have arrived)
The organization appropriated my money, did not provide a service, and is now sending it to 4 parties. If you read different resources, then there are a lot of situations like mine. We've settled in well. When I said that I had already visited you so many times, I shared my reviews on Instagram, and you have such an attitude. I no longer plan to purchase certificates. To which the administrator replied to me: It's your choice, don't buy it. First of all, we are interested in those who buy season tickets for 3-5 thousand bel. rubles and we always offer them a convenient time for them, so it's hard to get to us in the evening. And you and your one-time certificates, and even for the promotion, are not particularly interesting to us. It was necessary to sign up for the procedure immediately after 6 months when buying the certificate.

The masters did a great job with the massage. BUT the service leaves much to be desired. I explain why:
1) at the reception, the girl clarified whether it was possible to touch the head and face during the massage. The answer was NO. As a result, they walked over my head and put some kind of wet mask on my face. After the massage, I reported this to the reception, in response there was not even an apology, they said, "Oh, well, then the masters got it mixed up." Important emphasis should be placed on such things! Otherwise, why specify at all?
2) before starting the massage, I asked if it would be possible to buy gift certificates after the session, would the cash register close? The answer was "yes." What do you think was the response when, after the massage, the husband wanted to purchase a certificate? "The ticket office has already closed!" Fortunately, the issue was resolved through the ERIP. But it turns out that we need to buy the service of this spa more than this spa needs to sell its service to the client - is that how it turns out?
3) The session we paid for was supposed to include 90 minutes of massage. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes before the start. As a result, the session was delayed for 15 minutes. Again, no comments from the staff, saying sorry for the delay, wait, etc. We just sit and wait for half an hour. But the most interesting thing is that this time, which was delayed, was not included in our session and in fact it was 75 minutes instead of 90.
If it were not for these 3 listed items, I would definitely return, since the price corresponds to the quality of the massage. But THAT's not enough! I would like to get another pleasant service, which was not here.
