Not very good customer service. Managers allow themselves to raise their voice to customers. If you do not speak English well and do not know Georgian, it will be very difficult for you. They just won't understand you, and they won't even do anything to understand you. They have managers who understand at least a little Russian, but they won't give them to you. My question could not be solved by a simple manager, she was nervous and twitched me, as a result, she shouted for the administrator. The admin understood Russian, but persistently asked to switch to English, and absolutely did not react to my words that I speak English poorly. With hatred in her eyes, she said in English that my question could not be solved the way I asked, and left. It was very unpleasant. And there are a lot of such departments here, it feels like they hate Russians.
