I had to pay 50 euros for the visa, the consulate gave me the account number in this bank. I went to this bank and they said that I couldn't pay because I wasn't a customer of the bank! Please note that I cannot pay even through the cashier, as I am not a customer of the bank.! And to become a customer, you need to pay GEL 50 and wait a few days, plus they may refuse to open an account. (Then I tried to pay the 50 euros for the visa from the Bank of Georgia, where I have an account - so the Bank of Georgia charged me 45 euros for transferring 50 euros to TVS Bank!)
