The most terrible bank. They refused to open an account on the basis of nationality, having looked at the nationality in the passport. They immediately stopped understanding what I was saying. They asked to close the online translator and not use it in the bank. A certain Tamara, a bank manager, said: we are not obliged to open an account for you and talk to you. We have a rule not to open accounts for those who speak Russian. In my opinion, Nazism in its purest form. To my requests to provide regulations where this rule is prescribed, Tamara replied: We won't charge you anything, we don't owe you anything. Write a complaint, I won't get anything anyway. Senior management should have a serious conversation with their employees about loyalty and, in general, professional suitability. In the United States, a citizen immediately sued for discrimination based on nationality and sued the bank for several million dollars. I will definitely think about it. A mess and unacceptable behavior.
Queues, queues, queues... the bank's work with people is at about zero level. After applying for a card, for the consideration of which I paid 50 GEL, they promised to call within 5 days, but they did not call. For GEL 50, you could make a one-minute call, even if the review is negative.

Everything is great. He is a citizen of Uzbekistan. I came to the bank to open an account and a card for international transfers. The BVLA operator was very kind and helped. At first I spoke in English, but then we switched to Russian. I came for the first time and came out with a Visa gold to an unnamed physical card in an hour!

I left there with a smile and understanding that in every nation there are people broadcasting cliches , but in fact this is discrimination .

In general, everyone is polite, but they don't speak Russian. The terminal can only issue Lari or euros.
It's not the same with other departments. You need to look for a specialist who does not require knowledge of English, if you do not have them.
They work as it turns out) If they do not understand the essence of the issue, then the bank does not provide such a service. The bank's mistake is the customer's mistake. This office definitely deserves the "Fool's Cup".
