While malls are not very abundant here, the gold market us really outstanding. Even if you dont into yellow gold, cheap replicas of popular brand and 3k usd for outofdate cheap design - this place is worth visiting
Tbilisi railway station is located almost in the city center, a 2-minute walk from the metro station, directly to the shopping center, which sells everything from appliances (including digital) to shoes. On the 2nd floor (escalator + elevator) there is a waiting room with a sufficient number of seats and a cash desk with an electronic queue. There is Wi-Fi, however, not very stable. On the 3rd floor there is an excellent dining room, the food is very inexpensive and delicious! The toilet is paid, as almost everywhere in Georgia (which, of course, is stupid, imho). There is a platform behind the building from where intercity buses and minibuses depart throughout (probably) Georgia (we once went from here to Batumi - cheaper than on the famous Stadler, but longer ~ an hour). Access to platform 1 is practically from the waiting room, but to platform 2 is inconvenient, especially with luggage (stairs without ramps!).
The mall is famous for its gold market on the ground floor on the right, opposite the bus stops. You can spend the whole day here, the choice is rich, the prices are much lower than Russian ones. There is not much place to have a snack and drink good coffee, so plan to have lunch somewhere nearby in advance. Parking is paid right on the square, everything is dusty and dirty, but there is a place to stand. Have a nice shopping.
