This is a terrible hotel! Never stop here if you want to sleep properly. There is a club bar next to the hotel, where music is turned on at full volume all night! That's right at full volume, with bass! Drunk people leave/enter this place, who shout loudly under the windows, whistle, etc. The hotel administrator doesn't give a damn about it, asked for help to figure it out, he said it was none of our business. I had to go there myself at 3 a.m., ask to make the music quieter, but of course it was to no avail. When asked to move to a room with windows on the other side, the administrator shrugged, "we can't do anything." I didn't sleep all night. In addition, the windows in the room are blown so that I had to sleep in socks. Well, how to sleep, lie down and wait until the morning, while turning off the music!!! I strongly advise against checking into this hotel!
Great hotel, in the center, which is convenient. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is daily, the breakfasts are varied and delicious.on the 5th floor there is a magnificent view of the city. The staff helps and explains everything. Of the cons, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom and the Internet was poorly connected in the far corner of the room, but my husband worked in a restaurant on the 5th floor, it even turned out to be more comfortable. The disadvantages did not spoil the impression. We recommend this hotel
I really liked it. Quiet, easy. It's clean and cozy. There is everything you need. Very friendly hosts. There is a lovely living room where you can drink tea and coffee. Reasonable prices.
We had a rest in Tbilisi in June. The hotel is located in the very center, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, there is a grocery store within walking distance. The room was a five-bed room, clean, cleaning every day, a large swimming pool and gym on the ground floor, very decent and delicious breakfasts. If I return to Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay in Tbilisi Inn again))
We stayed at this hotel in February 2025.
Cons: the shower in the room did not work, it was repaired only by the evening of the first day of our stay (fortunately, we went for a walk for a long time), room cleaning is for a fee.
One of the advantages: excellent location in the city center, metro nearby, normal breakfasts: we did not stay hungry.
Polite staff, especially the girls in the restaurant.
Overall, the impressions are more positive than negative.
We stayed for 1 day. I really liked the hotel. It is located in the center, it looks beautiful. The rooms are neat and clean. There is a terrace on the 5th floor, the view of the city is magnificent. The breakfasts are delicious)
If we are going to Tbilisi again, we will definitely go to this hotel)
It's not a bad hotel. Good price-quality ratio. There is a swimming pool, and the breakfast is quite modest according to the buffet system. There is a beautiful view of the city from above. The main attractions are within walking distance, across the bridge.
I would not have given such an assessment if it were not for the 4* that the hotel claims....It's sooo far from that status. So
During the week of stay, they were cleaned only 1 time -hang up, do not hang up the sign-they don't care. But on the day of departure (12.00 in theory) they began to knock insistently from 10.50
We, like bums, damn it, had to go down to the reception every day with requests to give toothbrushes and a toilet, then I asked for 4 pieces for 2 days)).
The number is a song....It's a sad song with howls. The mattress is stained, the bed with holes, damn with holes!
Something flowed in the toilet forever. The refrigerator is working, there's nothing to say. The sofa is covered with one foot in the coffin.
Breakfasts don't really suck, but it was the same for 7 days. Just like that one-on-one. Sausages, omelets, boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, cottage cheese and pastries. Another salad, yes.
The reception staff is still normal, and the rest of the characters are awesome)). We lived on the 4th floor and somehow we get into the elevator, and there's a woman (a cleaner like) standing and pressing something on her nose. And zero damn attention to us)))).
If it wasn't for the location, it's wonderful, I don't know what to cling to.
We stayed at this hotel with our family in early August for 4 days.
We arrived at 14:30, checked in only at 15:00, the room was not ready. Although officially check-in is from 14:00.
Room. The room was small, but in principle it was fine. Things are bad with the cleaning... we cleaned 1 time in 4 days. They never left any water or toilet paper. The floor doesn't seem to have been washed at all, and the shelves are all dusty too. The toilet was always running water on the floor.
Food. We took breakfast. They are meager, but you will not stay hungry. Breakfast starts at 8:00, which is sometimes a little late due to excursions. Again, the floors are dirty, as if they are washed once a week. Also, the roof of the dining room is open during the day, where you can go up and sit with wine, for example. The views are very beautiful.
Staff. The staff is friendly, most of them understand Russian. When there were problems with the number, they promptly helped.
Location. Well, this is a moment because of which you can close your eyes to many disadvantages. 5-10 minutes to the main sights of Tbilisi. The metro is 2 minutes away. There are shops, pharmacies, and cafes nearby. Sometimes it's noisy in the evenings.
Swimming pool. The pool is located on the 1st floor. We went once, there was no one. He's a little tired, but it's great to cool off after a hot day. There is a shower, a toilet, and bathrobes on site.
In general, if you plan to travel a lot and return to the hotel just to sleep, take it.
Lovely hotel, clean rooms, good linen. Delicious breakfasts on the top floor with panoramic views. Close to the center. The only disadvantage is the steep climb- the road to the hotel. Tourists need to climb a very steep street after dinner and walking around the city (but this is not the fault of the hotel :))
Pros: location, wonderful rooftop cafe, decent breakfasts.
Cons: during the entire stay, they did not give out towels, they told some nonsense about problems with the laundry. Toilet paper must also be purchased by yourself. Room cleaning, linen change is not performed
I strongly do not recommend staying here: the room was not ready for our arrival, they asked the reception to wait 40 minutes, as a result, after waiting on the doorstep of the room, we met with the maids leaving, one of them warned us that there were NO TOWELS in the room because they did not come from the dry cleaning. Looking at our surprised faces, she asked: "Does it matter to you?" And she said that she could pick up towels from other rooms. As a result, after 5 minutes, they brought us one set of towels for two. The second set had to wait a day. A day later, I had to call downstairs and ask for toilet paper, because it was not hung up during cleaning.
As for the room itself, neither the front door nor the balcony doors are tightly closed, so there is no sound insulation from the corridor and the street. It is impossible to sleep with slamming doors, honking cars and the tracks of a nightclub across the street. There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom.
Nevertheless, the hotel has a good variety of breakfasts (except coffee, it is terrible), and the location was also pleased: near the metro, but the main attractions in the old town can be reached on foot.
But even despite these advantages, I will not recommend anyone to stay here! The service is decidedly short of 4 stars.
I liked it!!! Everything is nearby, a park, a subway, a bunch of shops, each like a museum. Breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view. The pool in the basement is so-so), but it's such a small thing.
Never stay in this hotel, full bottom!!! This is a suite for 220 GEL!!!
The pool is cold in a disgusting condition, we did not get our money back, so the manager Diana was rude
Those who appreciate cleanliness and comfort are definitely not here!!!
Wonderful hotel. Atmospheric, cozy, in the city center. Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. One minus- when settling on the 1st floor, the noise from the street is very disturbing, because the window looks directly onto the road and the sidewalk.
The service is excellent, the interior is pleasant, clean, fresh in the room, the room cleaning is excellent, the location is also good. It was a little noisy since the first floor was. But in general, I liked everything . Gmadloba! Good luck!
the only thing that was good about this hotel was a lovely girl who was ready to help, who worked at the reception on April 21-22. otherwise, I do not advise: thin walls, cold rooms with no hot water in the evening.

We found it by chance, booked for 2 nights, good staff, speak Russian, breakfasts on the terrace are not bad, beautiful views, the pool was also very useful, as a result, they extended it even more. The location of the hotel is important, there is a lot of everything within walking distance.
Clean rooms with all amenities, polite and hospitable staff. A delicious and hearty buffet. Thank you very much, only the most pleasant impressions about your hotel and beautiful Georgia. Evgeny, Victoria, Russian Federation, 26/28.12.2022
Terribly shabby and old hotel, the only advantages are the view from the terrace and round-the-clock access. The hotel itself is very tired for a lot of money.
If you come to breakfast at 11:00, you will have very little choice.
Nice little hotel. There is pedestrian accessibility near the old center. Friendly staff, small rooms. Clear. Inexpensive. There is a tiny balcony for going out to smoke. There is no view from the balcony, but they feed on the fifth floor, on the terrace, there is a great view there. Slightly battered plumbing and a door to the balcony. It is optimal for its price.
A simple, cozy hotel, excellent location, the higher the floor the better the view. The electronic key did not work in some rooms. There is a swimming pool)
The hotel is old but pleasant, great location. Friendly staff. Of the cons, the club next door is noisy all night. It is not possible to sleep because of the bass
The location is convenient, but the rooms are already quite "tired". The roof deck is open only for breakfast, which is a minus. But there is a small swimming pool and a gym.
Everything is sad. The rooms are tired of the guests, poorly cleaned, but the location is good. The breakfast is not worse, but also not better than that of the neighboring hotels
Everything is great and comfortable. After all, it's good when you visit a hotel and don't notice any flaws in your work. So everyone is doing everything correctly and professionally! According to the location, everything is also normal. After a short walk, you can find yourself in the park on the banks of the Kura River. However, there is a slight height difference. Well, in general, it's a pleasure to walk around Tbilisi. Do not neglect this opportunity!
Simply. Comfortable. Mentally.
Even the lack of dishes in the refectory does not really spoil (a group of more than 100 people has arrived). Nearby there is a place to sit, eat and see a lot of things.
The hotel is good. The rooms are clean and cozy. Polite staff. Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool. The main Orthodox church of Tbilisi is nearby. There are many shops nearby.
This is the second time in Tbilisi and I am staying at this Hotel, now from 15.01.2022 to 19.01.2022. When I arrived by train from Yerevan to Tbilisi it was 7.30 am, after a short visit to the station, I took the metro to the Hotel (Avlabari metro station is within walking distance) at the reception, I was offered a room, despite the fact that I stopped by much earlier than check-out time , while being thanked for choosing the hotel this time as a regular customer! The breakfasts are quite decent, although the Hotel had only 3-4 rooms loaded, the maid even tried to do the cleaning on the day of arrival, the staff is friendly and friendly! The hotel corresponds to 4**** I really liked the panoramic view of the city from the 5th floor of the restaurant , from the rooms , unfortunately there is no such view.
Thanks for the reception! Sincerely, Alexey Tsaritsynsky
I lost my phone, it's just a wonderful staff. One of the guys gave me his phone, and they also have a tablet where you can also access the Internet. Special thanks to the staff-gorgeous guys and girls. There is also a swimming pool, which no one goes to almost, but in vain
They didn't check into the paid one! the room, referring to the fact that the island was booked.
When it turned out that the reservation had been paid, they said that there were no rooms ... we will patch up to move into our own grid, without additional payments (like a bonus). In fact, overpopulate in their own three-room apartment on the other side of the city…
Great view of the city from the restaurant's balcony.
The breakfasts are tasteless.
The rooms are small.
The beds are very narrow.
A spare roll of toilet paper is available on request.
Plumbing leaks. They informed the cleaner, but nothing has changed.
Ps they are cheating in the exchanger around the corner - be careful and demand to return what is owed to you!!
Not a bad hotel. At the reception, when checking in, they wanted to "sell" an economy class Room, although the standard was paid for. There is no parking as such. Not bad breakfasts, really monotonous
We lived from 01.11.18 to 04.11.2018 in room 308. The room is clean, well maintained, but small. Cleaning every day, the bathroom had all the necessary accessories! Good breakfasts, attentive staff! On the third floor, the corridor fell off well, and it was cold in the room + the door on the balcony lets in all the sounds from the street. It was hard to freeze at night.
Good afternoon, everyone. We were vacationing with friends in Georgia. At the Tbilisi inn hotel. We have never seen such a warm "welcome" anywhere else. Let's start from the beginning: we arrived at the hotel at about 18 o'clock, the receptionist at the reception began to check us in. We are so happy, well, we think everything is fine. No, it didn't work out right away. They gave us a room on the 4th floor. We go up and the room is not cleaned, the beds are not made. We go down to the reception, the receptionist patted her eyes, then she found out something for 15 minutes. During this time, we asked 3 times whether we would be settled somewhere or not. As a result, we were told that they had some kind of accident there and therefore we need to wait another hour for us to be settled. Let me remind you it was already about 18.30. Despite the fact that check-in is at 14.00. But the receptionist tells us that they apologize and, as an apology, offer us a free meal at the restaurant. We think well, anything happens, force majeure, etc. we go up to the 5th floor to the restaurant and ordered food, wine and cheese. To be honest, we were very hungry. They asked for drinks and cheese to be brought as soon as possible. And now, attention!!!! As soon as possible, it's 40 minutes!!!!! We've already started to think that they're doing this on purpose. To which the waitress replied that they had only one cook and did not have time. For reference, they brought us 3 types of suluguni cheese, 3 pieces each, i.e. 9 pieces of cheese and a bottle of wine, they carried for 40 minutes. Moreover, it was not cut figuratively, the usual pieces. Well, anyway, an hour and a half later, we had dinner in half, by the way, without waiting for khachapuri (they brought it to our room later). We go down to the rooms and there was no bed there. As it was not cleaned, so it remains. We go down to the reception and the receptionist claps his eyes and spreads his hands, then it was about 20.00. Okay... We're going for a walk. In the hope that everything will be OK after returning. The mood is spoiled by such a reception. Well, we are positive people, we think okay, they will fix everything. But to our great regret, no.!!!!!! This is just the beginning. In the room, the bed was made and cleaned by our return. But for some reason we decided that we don't need bathrobes. The bathrobes were brought to us for the 3rd day of our stay and then after the scandal. And they brought a robe burned with a cigarette in two places, i.e. with holes, although washed. To say that we were shocked is not to say anything. The towels are terrible, there are threads hanging around the edges. The maids also thought that we didn't need shower accessories. It was only after we contacted the administrator that they were brought. And that's 4 stars!? Horror. The breakfasts are average. It seemed that the hotel staff treats Russians badly. Why such a conclusion because we were not the only ones who had such problems. But the maids famously take the money if it is left on the table or on the bedside table. Our child was collecting local coins, so after the tour, when we returned, they were not there. But they started evicting us at 10.00, although everywhere at 12.00. At first they did not want to settle us, but they started evicting us right early!!!! I would like the hotel management to reconsider its attitude towards tourists. It doesn't matter who they are by nationality. You get paid for it. Teach your employees how to work. And I will not believe that the hotel does not have a change of linen for all rooms. If not, then you need to purchase. And I think it's a shame to give guests leaky robes. In general, the hotel is not for 4 stars, but for a maximum of 1 and then with a stretch. I do not advise you to go there.
