Well, for $ 1,100 for 2 nights, this is definitely not the level . The room is quite large, but not comfortable, the breakfast is quite average. There are plenty of alternatives for this money with the best location and service , we stopped by from fatigue after 1000 km by car , lived for 2 days and moved out .

This time I was disappointed with my service. We booked a room, and upon arrival we were told that there was no room available. Check-in is in 2 hours and it is not a fact that the room of the category that we booked will be available. It's strange, why does the site give this number as available? As a result, in order not to wait, we were offered to upgrade the room class for $ 45 per person and check in right now. We agreed, but in the end we stopped at exactly the same place as we booked. The breakfasts are very poor, the toaster oven did not work. The service is long. And the cherry on the cake was that I forgot my orthopedic pillow in the room at check-out and we returned for it a couple of hours later and it was not in the room, although no one had even cleaned it yet. And the reception said that no one had found it. Of course, this is the first time I've met this)

Solid 5-ka. Good location.Great rooms. The room was cleaned in good faith. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are European without frills, but everything is always fresh and you will not stay hungry. The only drawback throughout the rest was having to wait a very long time for coffee at breakfast. You place an order to one waiter, he passes the order to another for some reason only known to him, and it turned out that the prepared coffee was taken to another table. But this did not spoil the rest, but it smiled - it happens.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, the only thing we got was a room with a view of the construction site, but there was no noise, otherwise everything is great.

I was at the restaurant on 08/12/2021. They brought a salad with a fly, which was mixed with sauce! Unfortunately, I discovered this when I had almost eaten the salad. The manager took the salad to the kitchen, came back, and said it wasn't their fault, and maybe a fly landed when I was eating it. Although there were no flies in the hall. Of course there would be flies in this restaurant! Disgusting! The salad wasn't even deducted from the check.

The good old hotel! Yes, this is a chain hotel. But when you come here, you get to the right place. This is the center, close walking distance to almost all the attractions. How to get home. Everything is recognizable and of high quality. It is this hotel that has a minus for the lack of a swimming pool. To visit the pool, you need to go to another building.
