We had a New Year celebration here in the Ramada Restaurant. And it was far below our expectations. It looked like that the Restaurant was not ready at all for this event. We came at 11 p.m. (just an hour before a New Year) and were surprised that all tables were empty, there were only bread and drinks on some of them, some tables were not prepared at all. Only after 30-40 minutes waiters brought some snacks. The celebration programm was very poor. After midnight all the guests were invited to the balcony to "enjoy" a New Year's fireworks. We hurried to the balcony outside the Restaurant... and saw nothing. Only two guys on the backyard who were arguing with each other, because there was something wrong with the fireworks and finally they were not able to fix the problem. Okay, we are all people, sometimes we all make mistakes. At least we had expected that waiters would bring some main dishes... And we were surprised third time when waiters brought only one small plate with baked mushrooms and put it on the center of our table where were 10 guests :) After 20-30 minutes waiters started to bring main dishes to the tables, one plate at one time. So all the guests from our table left the evening hungry. As for dishes itself, it were not tasty. And there was a lack of soft drinks.At last, all this party wasn't worth that money (300$)

Great hotel with very lovely staff. But there is no gym

It's been a long time since I've been so happy with a hotel! Everything was comfortable: the bed was comfortable, the blanket was cozy, the pillows were normal, blackouts for people like me who suffer from insomnia. There are Russian-language channels, hand cream (body), a full-fledged hair dryer, safe, water. That's all I need. Clean, excellent cleaning, friendly staff at the reception. We took an improved room, without breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time.
