We had a New Year celebration here in the Ramada Restaurant. And it was far below our expectations. It looked like that the Restaurant was not ready at all for this event. We came at 11 p.m. (just an hour before a New Year) and were surprised that all tables were empty, there were only bread and drinks on some of them, some tables were not prepared at all. Only after 30-40 minutes waiters brought some snacks. The celebration programm was very poor. After midnight all the guests were invited to the balcony to "enjoy" a New Year's fireworks. We hurried to the balcony outside the Restaurant... and saw nothing. Only two guys on the backyard who were arguing with each other, because there was something wrong with the fireworks and finally they were not able to fix the problem. Okay, we are all people, sometimes we all make mistakes. At least we had expected that waiters would bring some main dishes... And we were surprised third time when waiters brought only one small plate with baked mushrooms and put it on the center of our table where were 10 guests :) After 20-30 minutes waiters started to bring main dishes to the tables, one plate at one time. So all the guests from our table left the evening hungry. As for dishes itself, it were not tasty. And there was a lack of soft drinks.At last, all this party wasn't worth that money (300$)

It's been a long time since I've been so happy with a hotel! Everything was comfortable: the bed was comfortable, the blanket was cozy, the pillows were normal, blackouts for people like me who suffer from insomnia. There are Russian-language channels, hand cream (body), a full-fledged hair dryer, safe, water. That's all I need. Clean, excellent cleaning, friendly staff at the reception. We took an improved room, without breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time.

Not a bad hotel. Clean enough, new furniture, plumbing. There is an iron with ironing board in the room. Disposable slippers, soap and shampoos in large bottles with a dispenser. Beautiful view from the high floors. I left a bag with my expensive clothes in the hotel room and went to Batumi for a few days, upon arrival it turned out that the cleaner had taken this package for herself or thrown it away. This was the first time in my life. It was very unpleasant. At the same time, the hotel did not reimburse me in any way. So be careful. Put everything away in the closet

I stayed in Saburtalo three times and always in nice and comfortable rooms. The courteous staff, who will remain inconspicuous if necessary, will help you in any situation. Clean, cozy rooms and delicious breakfasts are all a hotel on A. Kazbegi 15

Chain hotels are all normal. The price was lower in hotels nearby, and the quality was probably worse, so they chose Mercury. Breakfast is made of good products, the quality of natural vegetables is excellent! In Moscow, prices for such high-quality vegetables would be high.There is no lean choice, and there is not much need, Georgian cuisine gives you the opportunity to choose.The price of gasoline in Tbilisi is high, and the price of a taxi is low!
