Wonderful hotel, the best in Tbilisi! Very tasty breakfasts, a good buffet, the staff is wonderful, thank you very much, they helped a lot. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The views from the room to the whole city are gorgeous! I will only stay here from now on.

We spent 4 days in this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent - near the metro, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. It is convenient to go down the stairs to the city, it is better to come from the city by taxi, which is inexpensive here. The view from the room is amazing both day and night. The rooms are comfortable, they are cleaned and towels are changed every day. In general, the hotel is very clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The owner of the Giga hotel is a very friendly and friendly person, will help with any problems, answer all questions, give the necessary recommendations about the city and treat you to a great wine! In general, the entire hotel staff is very cool! On our next visit to Tbilisi, we will definitely choose this wonderful hotel again!

Very sincere and hospitable! Gigo met like old friends, told them everything and showed them. The breakfasts are varied and delicious! And the view is breathtaking!!! The rooms are not freshly renovated, but everything is clean and tidy!

A wonderful hotel. An attentive manager. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view of the city. Very decent quality furniture in the rooms and plumbing. There is shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and slippers. Towels were changed every day. It's nice that this is the last street. We really liked it.

It's a nice cozy place with good staff and they speak Russian.They respond quickly to booking requests.The inscriptions on Tbilisi with Russophobic themes are depressing and upsetting .Everything is outlined in Ukrainian flags around with obscene speech.I think that real Georgians are ashamed of this.

Great hotel. Rested from October 28 to November 7, 2023. We stopped by for 1 night, and stayed for 10 nights.
The view from our room was very beautiful on the city. The staff is friendly and courteous, they asked for additional pillows immediately brought. The breakfasts, in our opinion, were good and varied. Special thanks to the woman who cooked, unfortunately I don't know her name. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day. The hotel is located in the old town on the mountain, 5 minutes to the metro, but it's downhill. If we are in Tbilisi, we will stay there.
For us, the only negative was, it was a little dark in the room, I wanted a lamp near the bed.
And everything else is super.

Nice hotel in the old town. Walking distance to the Center. A fascinating view of the panorama of Tbilisi from the balcony of the room and the terrace, where you can spend a cozy time in the evenings.
The hotel staff is super hospitable. I would especially like to mention the manager Gigo. This man never seems to sleep, all issues are resolved easily and quickly. Thank you very much.

We visited this hotel in a beautiful country in 2017.
Amazing host and staff.
It is very painful to look at what is happening now in this magnificent country.

A very nice hotel. The view is amazing. The hotel owner is a very friendly person. It is located at the top of the city so it will be difficult to walk on foot. But the taxi is cheap there. A very pleasant and cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Clear. A good breakfast. Tea, coffee and wine are included. There is a great view of Tbilisi from the terrace. 10-15 minutes walk to the Funicular. You need to be in good physical shape to get here from Shota Rustaveli Avenue. We'll have to climb the mountain. And for the rest, I was completely satisfied!

A gorgeous view of the city from the windows, the room had a balcony, the rooms were spacious enough, clean, tidy, a good shower room, there is a shared kitchen where you can gather in the evening. Friendly and sociable staff. Everything was fine, although we didn't live long.

We were at the hotel from June 21 to 27, 2019. Magnificent view of Tbilisi from the room. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, he asked us every day if we liked everything and if our stay was comfortable. It was very impressive. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is exquisite, cozy, very clean. The breakfasts are very tasty, varied, homemade. Homemade wine in unlimited quantities 24 hours a day, as stated. If we find ourselves in Tbilisi again, we will choose this hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.
