I ordered balcony fittings in advance on 02/22/2022, we agreed that the delivery would be on 03/01/2022 and payment on site so that I could pick up on 03/02/2022. 02.03.2022 I find in my personal account that the order status is closed, there was no call or SMS about the receipt + an email was sent to me on 02/02/2022 with an invoice for the order (although as I said above that the contract was payment on the spot). I am extremely dissatisfied with the company, for the attitude towards fulfilling their obligations.
