The restaurant is on the 10th floor of the Orient Hotel with panoramic views of the city. Excellent and varied breakfasts. Previously, there were delicious set meals at reasonable prices, now, unfortunately, only the main menu. High prices.

Right now we are staying at the Orient Hotel where the restaurant is located.
Arugula was not brought unwashed, it was brought dirty. No one has even asked us for a banal apology. The waiters just smiled and that was it.
Apparently, this is the order of things.
(But the rooms at the hotel are cold)

I recommend it 100%%
In this place we had breakfast buffets
Everything is very tasty, the staff is very cool.
We came for lunch and dinner a couple of times, the quality of the dishes is excellent.
I recommend. There are not so many establishments with such service, view and pleasant price in Bishkek.
