Today, when they took the phone away, they threw it at me and didn't even give any comments, the guy who was dealing with the phone decided not even to personally give it to him
As I understood it, the phone was just lying on the shelf and no one cared about it.
Why couldn't I be told to look for another organization? Or not to take it up initially. 5 weeks of lost time

Contacting this service is a big mistake and a complete disappointment. I don't recommend it to anyone. The repair period did not match the stated one, endless lies. Bottom line: the phone is not repaired, time is lost.
P.S. There were no problems with repairs elsewhere.
