A small tea and coffee shop.
A good choice, low prices.
But it seemed to me that the tea is either not very high quality, or it costs a long time (it looks gray and smells faintly, compared with tea of the same varieties in other places). But maybe I'm too picky about tea.
If anything, they don't sell dishes here, just tea and coffee.
