Superb place! Loved tea with bubbles. So yummy. Staff are friendly, and the service is quiet fast.
Shall visit them again on my next visit to Almaty.

I often take tea here, it's delicious.
Today I ordered 3 large mango teas with pearls with me. When the employee handed over the order, the tea looked different. It's usually yellow from topping. I asked him if it was my order. He answered yes.
In fact, it turned out that it was just tea with milk and pearls, but without mango syrup. It doesn't taste very good.
The staff did not respond to the remark on Whatsapp and Instagram. There is no time to return the order in person.
Now, apparently, you will have to double-check your order on the spot so that you do not cheat.

There is only one choice of the main filler in the form of a black ball. But only my wife loves them, they make me sick. I like bubble tea more, with fruit filling balls.

We ordered three drinks and a mochi. Moti was given immediately. When we went to take the order, we were given only 1 of 3 drinks! 2 others were not included in the receipt. They offered to order again, but the queue was already too long and we would definitely have stood for 10-15 minutes. Thanks at least for accepting the order there was a queue. I give three stars because the staff, the interior and everything else are not in bad condition.

The best place in the city, we are regular customers from the very opening, the best drinks in the world with balloons, by the way, excellent coffee and tea, especially orio, we really appreciate and love you, the best guys! Somehow they forgot the phone in the cafe, the guys were waiting for us until half past midnight, there are no words, one love!

It tastes bland, has a strange aftertaste and these black jelly balls are tasteless. In short, I did not go ((And the price was not cheap for such an experiment. I would also like to mention such establishments where there is no zone for washing hands for visitors, it is strange that there are no human rights for such expensive teas and drinks. Although the guys are trying, 2 stars for hard work.

Чай с желатиновым жемчугом можно приготовить дома. На самом деле данный вид чая или кофе-порошка на любителя! Разновидностей чая мало, утоляет жажду лучше всего вода либо #FuseTEA #Мята_Лайм

Всё классно. Единственное именно напиток матчу с жемчугом когда готовили, получилось не очень. На Абылай хана в теадоте вкусный всегда делают. А в этот раз на этой точке он был не таким каким должен быть. А так мне всё нравится. Местоположение классное и удобное

Персонал вежливый, атмосфера приятная, из-за большого количества людей немного дольше ждали и то довольно быстро отдали,еды не брали только напитки. Очень вкусно, обязательно приду снова

Персонал спокойный,атмосфера в кафе напоминает подростковую,(к поп играет 24/7).Ассортимент еды ограничивается десертами,но там большое разнообразие напитков.
