On the advice of friends, I bought a gift for my husband here. I wrote on Instagram, they politely answered my questions and even held the product I needed until I could pick it up, even without any prepayment. There is a friendly atmosphere here, pleasant conversation. I recommend this place 🙂

It may be difficult for tea lovers to find high-quality tea in Tbilisi (yes, or at least some!) puer or oolong. Fortunately, there is Edward and his Tea Time tea room. It is priceless to buy excellent tea, all the necessary utensils and spend time at the tea ceremony and a heart-to-heart conversation with the owner!

Dear colleagues, tea lovers. I couldn't write my review right away, because the experience of going to this workshop needs to be experienced before telling others about it.
It all started with the fact that I asked Edward (the owner and tea master part-time) for the price on Instagram direct, to which Edward offered to come to his shop, try tea and discuss the price on the spot. "Well, this is the first time I've seen this approach," I thought. And of course he agreed.
To say that I was surprised at the first meeting is to say nothing. Eduard met me with my fiancee, greeted me warmly, as if we had known each other all our lives, and invited me to drink what I was aiming for on Instagram. We chose tea and off we went.
Some of you may get the impression that we didn't taste tea there, but something else. If you thought so, it means you didn't drink tea, most likely! I will tell you one thing - this is a parallel universe of the very "tea craftsmanship" that I was previously familiar with. You know, when Cha Pan, Cha Banya is called and the bowls are turned over when they don't want to drink tea (you don't need to do that).
In general, 2 hours with Edward flew by like a flash. And you know, I felt like I was on some new cloud of happiness. When you get pleasure not only from buying tea, but also from the ceremony. And also from communicating with a person you know for 2 hours in total.
I want to express my endless gratitude to Eduard for bringing me to a new level of tea drinking. He gave me an amazing Shen to try and did not let me go without small gifts.
When you come to Tea Time, you do not buy tea, but a new experience with tea, a pleasant conversation about everything, and endless kindness and care for you.
