We stayed in January for 5 days. There were almost no residents, just a few families from the CIS and that was it. Silence. Fantastic view from the windows, mountains. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. We went for peace and quiet. Kemer was also deserted, but the cafes were open. There were no complaints about the accommodation, there was no cleaning. They took out the garbage themselves, there were tanks across the street. Migros is nearby. We were by car, went to the sea (5 minutes by car, to cafes. Only breakfast was prepared in the room, everything you need is available. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and iron in the room. On-site Parking, good Wi-Fi. We traveled all over the coast. I think it's more crowded here in the summer. For 4 nights and 2 floors. The room was paid 26 tr.
We had a rest in October of the 24th year for two weeks from the sixth to the twentieth.. I'll tell you about my impressions, and decide for yourself the pros or cons. During the two weeks of a ruined vacation in October (not high season with partial occupancy of the hotel), the administration occupied the neighbors above the floor for a day or three several times! And these neighbors from above were making noise (talking loudly, slamming doors, moving chairs, dropping bottles, breaking glasses, keeping me awake at night, and so on)! My sleep was disrupted almost all the days of my stay at the hotel! My right to rest was violated by noisy neighbors who forgot about politeness and respect for other vacationers, or maybe their parents did not explain to them the simple rules of behavior in society. The very territory of the hotel's apartment: well-groomed, the main entrance is wide, the name of the hotel is emblazoned on the wall. From the main entrance there is parking for several cars and a room for the administration (reception). Depending on the building in which you will live, it is possible to pass not through the main, main passage through the pool, which has an interesting shape, but along the left or right path. There are fruit trees, palm trees and flowers in the fenced area of the apartment. There are three buildings for visitors on the territory, each floor has a good Wi-Fi. The buildings have no sound insulation. The room is spacious 58sq.m, relatively clean for the money that was offered. The room has almost everything you need (we needed a large pot). The windows in the room overlook three sides, gas, electricity, water are included in the price, no hidden fees! There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. In general, everything is thought out: all the furniture is arranged as if by an interior designer.the bathroom has a shower head with a regulator, you can choose the modes, there is a washing machine. The living room (also known as the kitchen) has a TV with several Russian channels and a large refrigerator. The bedroom has a wide bed with a broken leg (the bed on the right side was sloping and it was impossible to sleep, I just rolled down into the middle of the bed), which is why I had to sleep on the couch in the living room for two weeks. There is an iron and ironing board. Since the room was angular, one balcony was very large, and on the balcony that overlooks the backyard, you can dry things. In general, everything that is stated in the room is present. If they smoke below the floor, then the smoke drags into the room and it is difficult for non-smokers here to catch their own,"zen," I was unlucky with noisy neighbors. If you exclude this factor, then it's hard to find fault with all the other points, even if you want to.
Quiet place, residential area. A pleasant courtyard.
Far from shops or cafes. Cockroaches sometimes run through the apartments. Rare mosquitoes arrive. It is not possible to dry things on the balcony - impudent cats scurry everywhere.
