The building belongs to the Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after K.I.Scriabin, the American University of Central Asia leased this building for how many years, they renovated the building completely, previously the building was a canteen called ULAN, since 2019 it has been functioning as an Innovative College of AUCA. AUCA College students study there.The building is located at the intersection of Mederova St./Tynstanova
