At the checkout, it suddenly turned out that the product was in reserve and could not be sold to me. There was no other such thing. I was offered to look for something else from them on my own. When asked if they would like to help me in this search, the workers again began to find out which of them would do it.

Hello.We were in this store the other day, we wanted to buy a mouse for a laptop.During the day, my son was presented with a gaming laptop bought in another store at a price of 3,500 rubles.The same model was in this store (The Technique of success).Kirill, the consultant who came to our aid with a 13-year-old child, for some reason began to criticize the model that the audience gave us, exactly his words - the cheapest gaming, such a fast heating and the like.Having said that, you should have come to us, we would have sold you the best one for 4500!Completely devaluing our gift to the child in his presence!Do you think this is normal?I'm asking the administration of this store a question.
I do not dispute that you have a good choice .But the consultant is not correct.It was very unpleasant for me and the child in particular!
As a result, we went to another store and bought a cooler and a mouse there.
You lose money because of such consultants.

We want to say, terrible customer orientation as well as assistance in choosing a product. A lot of equipment does not correspond to the proper quality, which, in accordance, fell into the warranty department for repair. You contact the warranty department yourself, you solve all the issues yourself, you take it yourself. Manager Sergey doesn't care about his clients.

The store has completely turned its back on the customer. Wireless charging does not work in front of their eyes-they confirm this, but a week later they give an answer from the service center that everything is working. They sent it for verification twice and twice everything works in the service, but it doesn't work in front of their eyes. The store's reputation level costs 59 rubles. I do not recommend buying anything-there is no guarantee.

The second order was made after some time, although I didn't really want to. Agreed...the order was accepted, and a day later... sorry.. the warehouse refused... or something in such a motive (( As a result, I lost time, the course flew away, and my wife is dissatisfied.
I will definitely not contact the online store anymore...

Four years ago I bought a system unit here. "Took a bite" at a low price. As it turned out, the computer was assembled from cheap components. Two years later, the hard drive began to make strange sounds, I had to change to an SSD. I also had to replace the cooler and power supply in the future. From the very beginning, the computer was very noisy, which was due to a low-quality power supply.
Plus the seller's bad faith. I asked him to install some software, to which he did not refuse. And when he came to pick up his computer, he confronted me with the fact that the software installation services were paid, then about twice as expensive as those of computer masters on call.

I ordered a network Fi-fi module through my personal account, everything was fine and there is availability and you can pick it up tomorrow. When I arrived at the store, they replied that they had nothing to do with the site and there was no module!!!! We have to wait a week. My order magically disappeared from the cabinet!
